My experience wasn’t nice at all as they are not worthy to.enrol with them as their indeed differ from what the telling you in their first. meeting (charge you for the services not exist so you not getting your refund )
there are a lot oneline courses (myedspace) and other best in every thing , when you cancel the subscription with them either get the whole course with them or get refund while here charged you for services not exist at all , even not telling you the details or what services they have offered .
So for the parent looking for online courses I recommend those (myedspace , jas academy , better in every thing

I’m sharing this review based on a recent and disappointing experience with Codeyoung. We began our subscription on December 8, 2024, and were initially satisfied with our mentor. However, on May 16, 2025, the mentor was abruptly changed without notice. The replacement did not meet our expectations for our child’s learning.

Codeyoung assured us that classes would be paused and no charges would be applied until a mutually acceptable mentor was assigned. Despite this, I was billed again—even though no new mentor was assigned and no classes were attended.

I requested a cancellation and refund for the May 13 charge, following up multiple times via email and phone on May 20, 21, 27, and 28. Although Codeyoung acknowledged my request on May 21 (ticket #417002), no action has been taken as of May 30. There has been no cancellation confirmation and no refund issued.

Due to this inaction, I had to contact my credit card company to block further charges and dispute the last transaction.

This experience has been extremely disappointing—from the abrupt mentor change to broken billing promises and a lack of customer support. I urge prospective customers to be cautious, especially around how Codeyoung handles service issues and cancellations.

Codeyoung asked to email with the issue and even after sending the email they stand on their scam and refused to refund the money.

Code Young is a great platform for Kids! Their schedule is very flexible and accommodating. Teachers are calm, patient and supportive specially Ritikama’am. Help is readily available, when needed, at all times. Highly Recommendable!

This educational platform is a scam. Do not sign up for it. paid in advance. After the first lesson, stop all of their activities. Do not answer their phone calls or messages. I am really unhappy with this platform.
Avoid!!! Not giving your money back as well!

Not happy atall with the classes and when i raised a complaint then there is no response atall .i had paid in advance whole fees and here i made a big mistake.
Every time there will be ticket no and now its been months same story .
If you really care for your money and time then NO FOR CODEYOUNG CLASSES.
No one is responsible to take a charge and solve the issues.
Where as other classes they regularly ask concerned of the parents and resolves the issues.
100s of mails and Messages i have done .
But no reply.

Muneera Ajaz is awesome ! She simplifies problem in a way kid can understand fast . She is patient and encourages curiosity and keep kid motivated wanting them to learn more .

We had a great experience with Seema Kamran who was very experienced and knowledgeable in coding.

Every minute of her class is useful. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a responsible instructor.

I enrolled my daughter in a coding class at Codeyoung. As a beginner, she initially had limited exposure, but now she is able to navigate and enjoy coding comfortably. Her teacher, Seema, played a key role in making her feel at ease with coding and computer basics through her excellent teaching skills. The handholding support and in-depth explanations from the ground up have been instrumental in helping our daughter grasp the fundamentals and techniques of coding. We are very satisfied with the overall teaching experience at Codeyoung. I would especially like to thank Seema mam for her dedicated support and guidance..

My child was enrolled in science class since November 2024, we had to pause the classes due to medical emergency in family and on coming back they changed class timing to 10 pm at night with out our consent and then they said only way out is change
the mentor. I can't get the same slot
They will not inform you and then on
requesting to withdraw they will tell
you that since you already passed 2 months time period you are no longer eligible for refund. They are unethical. They will just wait till you have given the money to them. Don't fall for this unethical company

I do math with Mr. Uzair and science with Ms. Sabuna. They are both great teachers and they explain things in a nice way that helps me understand the information.

I enrolled my daughter into English lessons and really helped my daughter to understand grammar concepts. Her teacher is Iqra Tabassum. She is very punctual and always there to help my daughter understand the concept. She asks questions after or beginning of the class to see my daughter's understanding on the topics. She doesn't hesitate to explain again if asked. Would definitely recommend her.

It is ok but I don’t like it that much only sometimes I like it

I would like to commend the service rendered by Miss Anusha Bhat. She is kind and approachable. She is very prompt in assigning batches to new mentors.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD Alert!!!
Do not trust this company. Highly unprofessional and running the company only on the basis of whatsapp support of highly uneducated executives who has no knowledge on tool and technical support and also have no idea in mentor availability. I enrolled my daughter in the class after so many discussions and alignments through Ms. Anushri who hails from Bangalore, a very big fraud, who claimed to be working in this company for more than 2.5 years and based out of Bangalore after the trial class. To my surprise, the first class didn’t happen as mentor didn’t join in time, after many many followups and request the mentor joined and closed the session early stating feeling sleepy. The class was already counted as 1 class done. When i raised the issue no action was taken by codeyoung support team. After multiple followups again a class was scheduled and which was automatically cancelled and no information when we reached out to chat support they mentioned technical issue due to cst changes. Again a class was schedule in alignment with scheduling team member Mr. Gaurav who is again a very big fraud and again it was cancelled and mentor is also unaware and technical team states again issue similar statement. Every time there was min3-4 hrs of follow-up needed to schedule a class and its a total waste, in between we have multiple exchanges with Ms. Anushri where she gave in writing, that complete refund will be provided in case of service failure or technical failure. Adter so many incidencez within 2 weeks I decided to cancel the subscription and for 2 weeks there was no response from chat support on whats app or email and later they deducted $200 service fees and amount for 2 Classes which never happened. Since then i am following Anushri , chat support Gaurav and there is no support or refund provided. Now a new team member Ms. Jena who hails from Kolakta from customer support team of Mr. Shantanu, mentioned she will support in getting the refund and afterwards she never picked up calls or replied on message. My $250 is not refunded and no one is taking any action or provide any support. Its more than 1 month no action or support provided. When i reach to chat support only ine message come provide feedback. Absolute ridiculous and unprofessional, no business Ethics and code of conduct. A BIG FRAUD COMPANY Codeyoung who target people staying in US and interested in their kids further growth. They will extract money anf fogey about service or technical support, never ever enroll your kid and waste your money.

Shruthi was friendly and kind, promptly assisting me in rescheduling my son's class. I'm very pleased with the team at CodeYoung—they're always cheerful and eager to help!
