I have talk with Achyut. He helped me to find the mentor who we like for coding. Before Achyut I talk with other 5-7 representative but they never able to find it as I booked demo session by my mobile app not by calling them. He went to all of our recorded session which is long back.

These guys are scammers and they say something in price and give billing somethings else.
They xhange their rates every day in conversions. Teachers are unexpereinced and and does not have ethics of teaching the west kids

I signed my daughter up for the coding class but unfortunately the standards and the teaching quality is really poor and it was an absolute scam my daughter learnt nothing as they didn’t answer my messages and kept on postponing the class and kept on leaving the class as well.This was a terrible experience and I highly recommend that you don’t place your child in this class as we have wasted our money for nothing and wasted so much time.

The teacher Nehal Bothra taught very well and makes sure I understood the topic by asking if I had any doubts and helping me finish part of the code If i didn't understand it completely.

We have a really good experience with code young.. my daughter love her teacher Priyanka jaiswal and look forward to her class every week.

She is sweet still firm with her.. I love the way she handles her..

I agree to some of the parents. Do not waste money. Very poor service. Waste of money. It's been almost 3 weeks they are not reaching out for refunds. When I have to add classes they changed the teacher. No communication between team. They keep on calling and asking what do you mean. We were so tired of answering that one day I have to say your team need to communicate. If you want to have more anxiety, more phone calls, instead Peace of mind by enrolling them to classes go ahead enroll your kiddos. And prices are way up than other classes. I regret enrolling my kids into these classes. On top of that you can not communicate to teacher or any person directly you have to chat to chat box first , than they will reach out after an hour or so. If you are in a meeting or something than it's done. So for call back you have to chat with chatbox again. So frustrating. Waiting for someone incharge to reach out and give me myoney back.

My experience with Keshav Vig is great because he taught me math concepts that I didn’t know before and he is not strict also after math he plays games and so I like my mentor Keshav.

Please dont waste your money on these scammers. I have signed up for my child for two subject but some teachers was not skilled or sometimes cancel class without notice. When I terminate further classes they still take money from my bank account and didnt want to refund.

What a scam? Original agreed to do 3 classes per week and denying to offer 3 classes after the monthly PayPal account setup. I spent hours of my time reaching them but no one picked my calls. Worst customer service. Beware of Codeyoung sales folks they might be calling your phone.

We had a Codeyoung issue that dragged on for over a week, and despite speaking with several agents who promised escalation, nothing got resolved. Then we were contacted by Ishita Arora, and everything changed.

She was incredibly patient, empathetic, and genuinely listened to our concerns. Within minutes, she took action, went above and beyond, and resolved an issue that others couldn’t figure out for days. Her professionalism and responsiveness were exceptional.

Ashita truly restored our confidence in the support team. If I could give her ten stars, I would! Thank you for your outstanding service!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Codeyoung. The teaching standards are shockingly poor, and mentors keep changing constantly, which completely disrupts the learning process for kids. There is no consistency or quality control in how the classes are conducted.

What’s worse is their refund policy—or rather, the complete lack of it. When I decided to withdraw due to the poor experience, they shamelessly refused to return the money and instead offered to continue the same subpar classes. It’s insulting and unfair, especially when they know the service is not up to the mark.

This ended up being a complete waste of money. I would not recommend Codeyoung to anyone looking for reliable or quality online education for their child.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Ashvinder over the past year as she’s been teaching my child Scratch coding. She is truly amazing — patient, creative, and incredibly encouraging. My child looks forward to every single class and has not only learned the fundamentals of coding but also gained so much confidence in problem-solving and creativity. It’s such a joy to see them excited about building games and animations each week. We’re so grateful for her dedication and the inspiring learning environment she creates. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to introduce their child to the world of coding!

Ashvinder Kaur is really a knowledgeable teacher. She is patient while teaching and makes sure the concepts are well understood. She doesn't rush through the topics which is very important to understand coding. My kid loves her and looks forward for the classes.
