I only called CodeYoung once to inquire, but since then they have been calling me repeatedly—almost ten times a day. I have clearly said I am not interested, yet the calls continue. This feels like harassment. Please delete my number from your system immediately and stop contacting me. If the calls do not stop, I will have to take further action. This constant calling is unacceptable.

I wish there were zero stars to select. Don't use this service! They take your money & keep calling you to have you sign up for other courses. The teachers fall asleep in class or watch YouTube videos while they wait for your children to work on problems. They refuse to refund my money. They are still trying to call me to sell me something. Don't waste your time with them!

Naeem sarkar is highly professional and patient with clients . He understands the issues from the core and wants to genuinely help the clients. I have raised concerns regarding Codeyoung’s payment portal and I hope this can be addressed and resolved quickly and be come compatible to clients needs.

I can say I had a great experience with codeyoung because of the mentor I have for my son.His name is Keshav vig.He is the best teacher.My son has improved a lot after learning from this teacher.My son's grades are so much better than before.

That’s all they deserve. When we signed up for the classes, they said they will provide great mentors to teach my kids.. couple of classes in, my younger one refused to attend classes. He would be in tears. So I sat in his class. The mentors were terrible, it was so bad that they managed to make my son hate coding now. So we transferred his classes to my older. The one good mentor that was there quit, but no mentor after that worked well. They would sleep in the class, end conversation, send my son code to copy; absolutely no teaching.
We worked with 7 mentors total from the start, and just one turned out good. That shows the quality they offer.

Now when I cancelled all classes, they say I should use the credits for some other class, but wouldn’t arrange for the classes.

They say they will call, but don’t. And the customer service just copy pastes the same message about the credits I have in my account.

Keshav Vig taught very well. He synced well with my learning style. It was wonderful to have as a teacher.

Mohammad abdul mannan is great math teacher, he's been very patient and efficient at teaching me concepts regarding the subject and has helped feel confident in algebra 2 level mathematics

They have an unorganized system, take money, and are adding unnecessary classes when they do not even teach anything.

Coding, from my experience, has to do with giving a set of commands for a computer to process to display some sort of actions.
I registered my 8 year old to learn how to create apps with Codeyoung. After weeks into this class, I started requesting for copies of projects made by my child. Lo and behold, these projects are just bunch of images/ icons of apps put together as apps. These apps can not carry out any actions whatsoever. They are projects that should be done as introduction to App creation for a 2 or 3 year old and not an eight year old.
So I requested for refund but they decided to ignore my request.

My name is Bisma Sikander, and I am in 8th grade, doing math classes at Code young with Labiba Fatima. It was very fun and I understood well.

I had a teacher who expected me to know stuff without even teaching me. I had another teacher who took time to explain and helped me so much. I was forced by an instructor to leave a 5-star review, and the teacher watched me write it, making sure I gave them a perfect rating.

Worst ever company. Mentor was changed 5 times, Schedule was never completed, Mentors are not even teachers and don't know anything. Schedule is dry - ONLY solution they have is Mentor change and it does not make any difference. They did not complete my course and said they cannot even refund

Review for Swapnil – Science Tutor

My son, a Grade 5 student, has been learning science with Swapnil for the past month, and the experience has been wonderful. In a short time, he's become more engaged and interested in the subject. Swapnil has a great way of explaining concepts in a simple and fun manner that keeps my son focused and excited to learn. He’s also very supportive and checks in on how my son is feeling, which helps build his confidence. We’re really happy with the start and look forward to more learning ahead.

Mentor Darsana S has truly transformed my son’s Math learning experience! She has a wonderful ability to make lessons both fun and engaging, even for challenging topics like Algebra 2HS. Initially, my son struggled to focus on Math and showed very little interest in the subject. However, Darsana S’s patient and creative approach has completely changed that.

She uses practical examples and interactive methods that make difficult concepts easier to understand, and she consistently encourages my son to ask questions and think critically. Since starting her classes, my son has become more motivated, focused, and confident, and his school grades have improved noticeably.

I am extremely impressed with her teaching style, dedication, and the way she connects with students. She not only teaches Math but also helps build a positive attitude toward learning. I highly recommend Darsana S as a Math mentor for Grade 10 students — she truly makes a difference!

I had opened a review on this site on August 6th , so everyone could see the performance of CodeYoung and their promises.

I got a reply once I posted on your site to contact support of CodeYoung. 2 months and still I am I the same boat, money paid but no classes since 5 months , 2 mentors have taken a review and found the kid has been taught what he was supposed to and no manager is ready to come online

I hope they have some marketing or review manager who would see this and take a look at our case.

Again HORRIBLE customer support , you cannot connect with anyone and you will not get any reply soon. If you want to pay , pay them one class at a time so you get the value you paid for.

Once they receive the money it’s all hollow and the point where they say that you will be refunded, it will never happen.

I can’t stress enough how bad my experience with Codeyoung has been. Not only is their service subpar, but their business practices are downright shady. What’s worse is how they pressure customers, particularly kids, into leaving 5-star reviews for them.
It became clear to me that Codeyoung doesn’t actually care about genuine feedback. Instead, they’re manipulating their clients into writing positive reviews by directly pressuring them. I was forced by an instructor to leave a 5-star review, and the teacher watched me write it, making sure I gave them a perfect rating.
On top of that, their customer service is a joke. They advertise a “satisfaction guaranteed” policy with a refund, but when I requested one, they suddenly claimed I was outside the refund window and only offered class credits instead. This is a blatant attempt to cheat customers out of their rights. It’s misleading, dishonest, and completely unacceptable.
The instructors themselves are not qualified. When I presented a simple piece of code, the teacher couldn't explain it. They were rude, dismissive, and had poor communication skills. I had to repeat myself multiple times because they couldn’t even hear me properly.
Their aggressive sales tactics don’t stop there. They’ve bombarded me with daily phone calls despite me repeatedly telling them I am not interested in enrolling in any more classes. This constant harassment is unprofessional, and frankly, it feels like a scam.
Codeyoung is more focused on collecting fake 5-star reviews and pressuring their customers than actually providing value. They’re scamming people and taking advantage of customers who trust them. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. I will not be recommending them to anyone.

The teachers do well in teaching and are pretty great.

My daughter is enrolled in the Scratch course at Code Young and it’s been a wonderful experience. Her instructor Sadaf Kauser is very patient and makes learning fun and engaging. I’ve seen a big improvement in her confidence and logical thinking skills. she’s now creating her own small projects and feels so proud of her work.

I am really happy with Codeyoung platform, and I am really satisfied with her English teacher Afza Rangers
