My mentor, Keshav Vig, helps me understand really complicated math problems by breaking them down into steps that actually make sense. I like that he lets me learn at a higher level than my regular class so I never feel bored during our sessions. He is very patient and knowledgeable, which makes learning tough subjects a lot less stressful for me.

Lakshana S gave the good support and handle the case like lightning fast. I really appreciate the support.

Ms Netra Raibagkar is my favorite mentor. She helped me so much in Algebra 2 and is very patient. She really wants me to learn and I can see that when she is teaching me. I appreciate how attentive she is and it makes me really like math. Ms Netra is a great teacher, definitely recommend her for math!

CODE YOUNG FRAUD AND SCAMMERS:

Long‑standing and unresolved issue with Code young that has caused significant inconvenience and frustration over the past three years.

In June 2023, I signed up for a total of 288 classes:
144 classes for Math
144 classes for Coding

In July 2023, I requested a refund for the Coding classes, as Code young was unable to provide instructors for a PST‑friendly schedule, which was a clearly stated requirement at the time of enrollment. Despite multiple follow‑ups, the refund has still not been processed, even after nearly three years. This delay is unacceptable by any reasonable standard.
Additionally, there have been repeated service failures with the Math classes as well:

On 01/11/2026, I waited for over 30 minutes for the scheduled Math class. Only after waiting was I informed that the session could not happen due to a technical glitch, as no instructor joined. There was no prior notification.

On 01/18/2026, there was no advance communication about the session. A new instructor suddenly joined and stated that this change was made based on my request, which is incorrect and was never discussed with me.

The overall customer care experience has been extremely disappointing. Each interaction feels focused on closing tickets rather than resolving the actual issue.

To further compound the concern, I received a call today stating that a WhatsApp message had been sent, yet no clear or proper communication was provided. The call came from +91 84790 92108, and the tone used by the representative was unprofessional. When I explicitly asked to speak with management, I was told that I could only speak with that same representative, who then responded in a rude and dismissive manner.

Keshav vig is amazing he teaches really good and helps me really understand my topics and overall is an amazing teacher.

My tutor is a great teacher, Keshav Vig, and he is a kind teacher who corrects my mistakes and makes me better at long division. Now I'm great at division, thanks to my tutor Keshav, and he helps me with everything

We are very pleased with the Codey Young Team maths tuition. Keshav Vig is an excellent teacher with a friendly and patient approach. He explains concepts clearly and makes maths enjoyable for students. My son has shown great improvement and confidence. Thank you for the wonderful support.

I'm extremely disappointed with CodeYoung. During enrollment, they explicitly promised to assign native English-speaking mentors for my children's classes to ensure proper learning. However, immediately after charging the full payment, they completely failed to deliver on this promise—no native mentors were assigned, and classes never started as requested.
Their support team has been utterly careless and unresponsive since payment was made, ignoring repeated follow-ups and providing vague, unhelpful replies. My child wasted his entire holiday waiting for sessions that never happened due to their negligence.
This is unacceptable—false promises to lure payments, followed by zero accountability. Strongly advise avoiding CodeYoung entirely.

Keshav Vig is a good mentor. We are very happy with his teaching.

The teacher has excellent way in teaching and my son is too much into math with him. He is the best teacher we dealt with till now.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Codeyoung. They repeatedly changed my children’s assigned teachers and informed me that the teachers had “resigned.” This happened last year as well, and even after escalating the issue to Shailendra Dhakad, it was only temporarily resolved.

Recently, they mishandled my math classes again by giving away my scheduled slots to another family and repeated the same story about the teacher quitting for the coding classes. It has now been over three weeks with no coding sessions taking place. When I requested a refund, they refused to return my money.

In my opinion, this reflects very poor management and a lack of transparency. Parents invest time and trust, and it’s disappointing to experience such inconsistency and unprofessionalism.

There are many other reliable options—both in-person and online—such as Banzu and Cue Math, where honesty and commitment still exist. Unfortunately, Codeyoung has been a very negative experience for us, and I would not recommend it to other parents.

Education App quality sucks, and refund policy is a scam

I tried it for my kid for ~3 months and Kid could not close on exercises due to app quality, did complain to tutor and tutor was also doing trial error answers to get it right, which is bizarre and jarring exp. And my kid lost interest in working through assignments,

Since its not working out requested for refund, now they show a sneak in clause which not there while sign up , and Irony is that kid has to finish the assignments, that were all assigned .

Total scam don't lose your money.

[12/18] Got a response immediately, below on this thread and an email, after I post here, but before that I was in email conversation for almost 3 weeks , looks like they are doing CYA process here, don't trust any responses from them below.

[12/28] I have initiated the dispute on credit card.
looks like that communication has initiated a thread with Code Young, and got a call saying they are willing to refund, But I have to cancel the dispute.

Spoke to credit card company, they said if you close the dispute , you can't re-open, if they are really willing to refund, they could accept the dispute and pay as your disputed amount has prorated value as per their commitment.

Communicated the same to code young, no response in last one week.

These guys are real con artists.

Keep aside how non aspirational she is and frequent breaks she need between the class

Hard to reach code young support - not sure if there is any support

monika promptly setup make up class for my daughter's missing class. monika communicated effectively and ensured its easy to setup class and got this done in just few moments. Really appreciate Monika's help and looking forward to more interactions that help my children classes with codeyoung.
