Very quick and very friendly service. They had the Blackstar Beam Mini in stock when others didn’t.

I have dealt with Coda for many years and have always found them to be excellent both in service and variety of guitars and amps they carry.

First time using Coda Music. Excellent service and swift delivery. Will defiantly be buying from these folks again!

The staff were amazing and patient, especially John. I had confusion on which boutique guitar to buy they were friendly and patient to reserve the guitar of interest for quite a while and o I was very happy with my purchase.

The mark of a good company is how they treat their customers when things go wrong. I purchased an expensive valve amplifier that was damaged during transit. Marc at Coda immediately arranged for it to be collected and my account was reimbursed 24 hours after return. Excellent service. Thank you!

The guitar came with a snapped toggle switch. Which I suspect was caused by packaging moving about during transit. But it was an easy fix

Luckily the guitar came in a case else there could have been further damage.

Overall I’m happy with the guitar.

Guitar was excellently packaged and dispatched very quickly. Set up was perfect also. Very happy with the service provided.

I messed up and had to cancel a guitar purchase order at short notice. Coda contacted me out of hours the same day (late Friday) and resolved the situation with no fuss or complaint.

A visit to their Stevenage acoustic shop was a pleasure. An amazing assortment of guitars were available to try out with the minimum of fuss. In the end I identified what I wanted. Went away, had a think about it and came to a satisfactory agreement, the guitar being delivered in good shape in a timely manner. Very happy with process and end result.
