I only gave it 1 star because I had to! DO NOT Order anything from Coach Outlet or Coach for that matter. I was charged for 2 items never received contacted Coach Outlet got the run around for about a week and got no where! Buyer Beware! I’m actually now going to sell or donate everything I ever purchased from Coach Outlet or Coach because of this situation. I’m taking about thousands of $ I spent to just dump I may just toss it in the garbage can.

Based on these reviews, I was quite nervous and afraid that my order wouldn’t arrive. I immediately contacted customer service to ask for a tracking number or an update, as I hadn’t received an order confirmation. Within half a day, I already received a response telling me to be patient, along with an update confirming that my order had in fact been received.
I received the bag within just two days after placing the order super fast! It was delivered in perfect condition, everything was neatly packed, and it came with a Coach dust bag. I’m extremely happy with my Mini Rowan bag and will definitely be ordering again from the Coach Outlet (Austria).
scam after 50+ days
They claimed it was an empty package scam after more than 50 days had passed.
I bought a bag from Coach. It showed up damaged with crushed corners and scratched leather. They had shipped it in a cheap paper bag instead of using a proper box.
I sent it back the very same day with their prepaid FedEx return label. The tracking information clearly showed it got delivered to their warehouse on October 24. Someone signed for it there. The weight came in at 1.4 pounds.
That was over 50 days ago. I still have not seen any refund. Their support team keeps saying the same thing. Even the team leader Jennifer Simpson repeats that the package arrived empty. They tell me to contact FedEx every time. FedEx explained that only Coach can file a claim since it was their label and account.
Coach never sent any photos or real proof. They just keep sending those copy-paste responses over and over. I have spent thousands of dollars with this brand across the years. This whole thing feels straight-up unacceptable. It even seems deceptive in a way.
I lost all trust in how Coach handles returns now. You should avoid them if you care about keeping your money safe.

Impossible to cancel an order
After the website had a bug, my order was placed twice. They were unable to cancel the order, offer me free return shipping, and/or any other compensation.
I wonder how many other people this has happened to. It's not far from being a scam. There is no process for stopping a package that is still in the warehouse, and no verification of two identical orders placed at the same time.

Missing item in order, contacted within 30 days and several times after and every time got a reply saying email not delivered. Miraculously & well after the 30 days I finally got a response saying I'm sorry about your trouble but it's after the 30 days so there's nothing we can do. I have the emails. I have the tracking information. I have all the evidence and they do not care. They are thieves, deceitful, and need to be stopped!!!!!!!!

Worst experience ever with a company. I got scammed and stolen from all in the same moment!! I ordered the denim Rowan, unfortunately UPS took it to the wrong address and even the photo was for the wrong address.. so i frantically called Coach and they issued me a merchandise card for a replacement bag, but that bag was now sold out. So I waited a few days and found another bag in liked and called in to place a order over the phone. I gave the number to the agent on the phone she placed the order and said I'll receive an email. I did not get an email so I knew something was wrong so I called in to check on my order. I was told by another agent that there was a glitch in the system and my order was canceled but the money was not put back on my card. So they were gonna escalate it and get back to me. No one called me so after 3 days I called back, was told by another agent that there still looking into it and They will get back to me. Another 3 days and nothing. So I called back, now I'm being told that the card was used for an online purchase in South Carolina..I am in Michigan!! So one of there agents used my merchandise card to buy a bag and they will not give me my money back, they literally told me Oh well your just screwed. So I'm out $420!!! Absolute bullshit!!

My belonging/ my jewelry was stolen from handbag returned to Coach distribution centre.
Bag never sent, refund never given.
I ordered 2 bags and only 1 arrived on Nov 29th. The £550 bag wouldn't have even fit in the delivery box which is evidence enough that it was never sent. I had to send photos for an investigation that I was told would last 10 days. I never heard anything back so had to email to ask. They kept saying they hadn't heard anything back from the investigation team. After my constant complaints I asked for this to be escalated. On Dec 24th they said a refund will be issued and I got the formal refund confirmation email which said it'd take 5 days. In January, still no money. My bank confirmed there is no pending refund. Coach said I have to contact my bank because they have refunded. Next day they emailed saying they know I've disputed with my bank and they can't give me a "normal refund" until I cancel my dispute, which I obviously wasn't going to do. Day after that they said the case is closed as they have nothing to refund me. They were given 30 days by my bank to respond and send proof of refund, and they ignored my bank. As it stands, I still have no item or money.

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a bag online. A week later got an email that it’s no longer available and my order is cancelled. Btw unless you’re updating inventory by carrier pigeon this is a ridiculous length of time. Then I complete my customer experience rating that they solicited from me and rated a zero because of this experience. Very soon after I got a phone call from their customer service. Said bag was out of stock online but not in store. Created a new order from store inventory. How lovely. Until 4 days later I get the email that they’ve cancelled the order. Again. How ridiculous. It’s outrageous that in order to fix an issue, you again create the same issue. Store should have been contacted and item pulled before even contacting me by phone. Very unprofessional and unreliable sight that keep track of their own inventory or follow thru on attempts to correct issues.
HORRIBLE SERVICE
I bought a bag for my daughter and although it shows as delivered, we haven't received it. I text CS who offered me a merchandise credit and said the bag wasn't available anymore. I called and Sophie the rep stated that if it shows as delivered and there's a picture, then a credit is the only thing available. This was after interrupting me and snapping at me several times. A picture, seriously. I could just as easily take a picture then take the package too. She said it's not their fault and I asked her 4 times ro show me where this policy is stated on their website. Oh go figure that it's not on their website at all. COACH is misleading, fraud, and has the worst service I've seen in awhile. Michael Kors goes above and beyond as does Gucci and yet COACH is rude and lazy while they stick their noses up while you walk through the door.

Please don’t buy from here. They delivered my bag after 8 days, but it was returned to sender. Now I’m left with nothing. They said they would refund me, but I’ve been waiting for more than 2 weeks. I’m going overseas and was hoping to receive it as soon as possible, but the more I needed it, the more shit happens. I called customer care, but they couldn’t help me—they’re based in South Africa. Jesus Christ, I’m so helpless. Coach Outlet, why would you do this to your customers?

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I would give them a 0 if I could. Paid for express shipping, on their website they guaranteed shipping between 2-5 business days. Ordered on their site on Sunday hoping the order would ship on Monday for delivery by Thursday but unfortunately my order is delivering late and will not work for me anymore. When I asked for the refund on the shipping, customer service agent told me they can't refund shipping as the 2-5 day delivery time starts from the day order ships and not from the day you place order. This is ridiculous and false advertisement. On top of that, after paying extra for faster shipping they still send the order out via UPS ground and when I brought this up, agent is adamant on order shipping via 2-day shipping when I can clearly see it being ground UPS website. Absolute liars, never buying from Coach ever.

Terrible experience!! No QC on their product. Purchased a card wallet with chain and the outside slot does not fit card. Unfortunately, I live outside of US and a friend in the US got it for me. CS USA told me to contact CS in my country and after 3 months, no solutions. After lots of phone call and emails, they stop reply me unless I call. QC bad, Customer Service the worst. They did not try to help me, just wear me off and stress me out so that I will give up and live with the bad product. NO NO NO Coach!!! You are lucky if you have not got any issues. Once you have an issue they won't help. Stay away from this company.

I suggest they fire all these agents and replace them with AI or even stupid reply bot. AI may just do better.
