I ordered a coat for my daughters Christmas gift last year and it never arrived. I was informed by customer service it was Lost and they would issue a refund...which has still not happened 3 months later. I have reached out so many times and tried to resolve this matter but still waiting to hear back

Do not buy from Mason Luxor. I received my item in November 2025 but it was bad quality, so I wanted to return it. They responded to my emails but said that, due to business closure, their remaining stock is managed through partners in Asia, meaning that the return process may take longer and require some extra effort. They offered a small refund and some store credit. At the end of November I negotiated a 25% refund without sending back the item, which apparently would be easier, but after three months I'm still waiting for my refund.

I never received the item and although they responded to emails promising a refund I never got one. Luckily I was able to get it back from my credit card. Avoid!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Ordered a pair of £60 leggings for my daughter’s Christmas. Order was placed on Nov 22nd & I’m still to receive the item. I’ve emailed numerous times for a refund and no one has got back to me. No number to call them typically. Horrible customer service and no regard for people querying issues.

This company keeps coming up on google. They keep changing there name. There web site photos are very similar. Don’t trust them they are fake clothing. I had to get my money back from my credit card

Purchased a £25 handbag online, mid Nov 2025, from Mason Luxor (US). Here I am early Feb 2026 with no handbag or refund. I have messaged customer service many times but it never amounts to anything. Have asked my bank for a chargeback & awaiting outcome. Trying to phone Citizens Advice to report it to Trading Standards. Mason Luxor are a SCAM.

Placed an order on the 14th November, apparently it got “lost” STILL waiting for my refund, it gets escalated everytime I chase it!

Please everyone report them to trading standards, let’s stop them being able to trade in the UK clearly they’re out to scam us all!

AVOID ITS A SCAM - How is this company still allowed to advertise and take orders. Like many other its been 2 months and still not received the order. Asked multipul times for a refund but getting no reponses at all.

Absolutely a scam. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from them. I ordered in Nov and have been back and forth with them ever since without any product.

I saw the reviews for the company but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt as they were old reviews, I wish I had listened.

Still not received a refund for a product that was OOS and was never sent to me. It has now been over 2 months and I keep sending emails to be receive the same response of " I'm sorry Ive sent this to our finance team who are working hard to sort your refund out".

Months to reply to issue regarding return which is still unresolved. Would definitely not recommend

Absolutely shocking. Stay away. I never leave negative reviews but I had to with this one to warn others. I ordered knee boots they were over £40. I ordered 3rd Nov they arrived 29th Nov. When I emailed to ask where they were I never got a reply. Customer service ghosts you. When they finally arrived the material is very cheap no way worth the price and theres no returns. The product came from China however, no where does it state this. They made it sound like a UK store.

I bought a sweater, and I'm really happy with it. Good service would recommend it

It took a long time for the product to arrive. The item looked nothing like the photos. The fabric had piling, sizing was wrong (at least for the European customers, we are not fat shorties 🤣) Customer service is borderline rude (well I was not super friendly either tbf) rules are not flexible. Maximum you would get 25% refund, if you post back unlikely they will receive it within the mentioned return period of 30 days as they are based in China and (surprise) not a word about it on their website. I do hope their business will go bust. Ommmm

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Total scam. Item ordered took several weeks to arrive and was nothing like advertised. They insisted on me paying postage to return it. FIVE MONTHS on, having followed the return instructions to the letter, and chased it up several times, I am still waiting for a refund.

Would give zero stars if I could. I read the reviews and ordered two sizes bigger than I normally wear, yet what eventually arrived is at least two sizes smaller than my usual fit. Absolute joke! Do not buy from them.

Thieves! They took my money and never delivered the item. They have now blocked my email address. Don’t bother buying from them unless you want to lose money and have time for endless back and forth.
