Brenda Tao was recommended to us via a family friend for the purchase of our property. She and her team are extremely efficient, responsive and seems to be on call 24/7 throughout the entire process. We have had issues on completion of the property due to mess and rubbish left by the former owner and she has also been brilliant in handling the negotiations with the former owner's conveyancer in getting the situation resolved.

I would 100% recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good solicitor to act for their property purchase/sale.

Stay away from this firm! They are unresponsive, don't care about communicating or answering questions in a timely manner, they will continue to take your money while ignoring the problems created by their lack of competence. They continued to ignore and failed to provide us with answers even after our case was escalated to the firm's owner. It took them almost 7 months to close and we are now in the process of filing a complaint with the Omdbusman.

I like that there's a whole team handling my case. River Fu is very professional. However, I would avoid working with Buddika. Not helpful. She kept ignoring my emails and messages, gave me unclear feedbacks and was working towards protecting my interest in a transation. She didn't treat my cases seriously until I asked to replace her.
