Really happy with my new kitchen, from start of my experience to the finish, Cameron did all the design and was very good , reassuring that all would be done to highest standards, Stevie the fitter and his team were great, Stevie is good at his job very professional, and I had Sharon from head office checking in on job progress making sure all running well with fit

Everything went well from delivery to the installation any problems that did arise were quickly resolved by our installation team on site, they made sure that everything was clean and tidy before they left for the day, we also had a daily phone call from the office to make sure everything was going as planned. We contacted Clyde Kitchens and visited their showroom after we had seen the advertisement on TV everyone was very helpful, although we do think they should look at the wording used
“and don’t pay in full until the job is done” the kitchen itself is paid for in full at least two weeks before installation, you then have the installation team to pay once they have completed the job.

Recently purchased my new kitchen from Clyde kitchens. I am delighted with the quality and workmanship. Customer service is fantastic, nothing is a problem, in fact I would say it’s exceptional. I would 100% recommend to anyone purchasing a new kitchen, you will not be disappointed.

I had the guys from Clyde out to measure up and give a quote at my mums. Sean took the call intially and undersood immediately what we were looking for, he invited us upto the showroom and gave us a tour. He couldn't have been more professional and helpful, assisting from the initial call to the showroom tour, culminating in the fitting of the kitchen which went without incident.

I would highly recommend this company as opposed to other chain companies, far more personal treatment and experience.

Iv just had my new kitchen done by Clyde kitchen and I’m really impressed with this company thanks to Sharon in office who every day asking if everything ok and David help design with me and KEVIN who can I just say went above and beyond to fit it to exactly what I wanted he is hard worker and and genuinely nice guy nothing was too much for him

Installation was smooth and well managed by Ben. His quality of joinery was excellent accompanied by good and communisation.

There were a few issues with the end to end process but these we’re quickly addressed to my satisfaction

only issue I had was sink was far too big for kitchen which didn’t neutralize the space properly and leaves me nowhere to put my microwave??

Clyde kitchens really did make the whole process so easy, from design and their patience with me deciding on colours of doors and handles right through to getting our fit organised. I usually feel overwhelmed with these kinds of processes, the team were amazing. Big thank you to Charlie for his very well thought out design and recommendations, and to Sharon who helped me understand what was available to me especially with the little details that I was about to overlook. Highly recommend.

Everything from when we entered the showroom till Charlie visited and then Lee our fitter visited to ensure everything could be achieved was so professional. Special mention to Lee Hutcheson who went above and beyond. Absolutely nothing was a problem. Would highly recommend this company.

This is the second bathroom I have had from Clyde. Fantastic result, great experience from the second design by Rochelle to fitting by Stevie Robb. Absolutely delighted with my downstairs bathroom. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to renovate their bathrooms.

I spoke with Sharon when I contacted the company to inquire about having a new bathroom installed. She was professional, pleasant and explained the whole process. She arranged for Scott, from the design team to visit.
During his visit, Scott was engaging and gave me time to ask questions, which he was able to fully answer. He was very helpful & reassuring when I was deciding what fittings to chose and sent me all the relevant information, giving me the opportunity to change the design.
Lee, the installer, visited to do the survey and talked me through the installation process and time frame. He was great, tweaking some measurements to make the bathroom work better for me.
During the installation Lee's time keeping, standard of work and cleanliness was faultless . The finish was to a high standard and he explained the technicalities and completed all the necessary paperwork. All waste was promptly removed.
Sharon contacted me daily during the installation, checking everything was ok, and checking there were no problelems or concerns.
Great teamwork. Zero complaints. Highly recommend.

Clyde did my new kitchen a couple if years ago and they made such a good job of it that I have just had them back to do my bathroom. I am not disappointed. My new bathroom is wonderful! From design to completion it couldn't have gone smoother.

So, we've just had our bathroom done and to say we LOVE it is an understatement! We looked at a few companies before contacting Clyde but we felt that the quotes were really expensive for the size of our bathroom. When we met Scott, we liked his friendly, no-pressure approach. He completed drawings for us which we loved immediately (pretty impressive design skills). He was patient with us at the showroom while we made slight changes to tile colour etc and discussed the lights we'd like. His design was the reason why we went with this company as you couldn't compare them to other ones we received. Previously, we've had really back luck with tradespeople, but this company has restored our faith. Our installer Lee was amazing - going above and beyond every day. He was professional, considerate and extremely hard working. He started our bathroom ahead of schedule and arrived early every day. His apprentice Chris was the same, as was our tiler, Brian. We've now got a beautiful bathroom for half the cost we were quoted from another company. The only downside is I now need to decorate the rest of my house to make it as nice as the bathroom. If you're thinking of getting your bathroom done, I'd highly recommend this company - 10/10 from us. Thanks so much 🩷.

Kevin who carried out the work installing my new kitchen did an amazing job from start to finish,he explained how everything works cleaned and tidied up when he was finished,such an amazing difference in my kitchen now would highly recommend.

Cannot fault this company from jack who planned out our kitchen to Marshall and Craig who fitted the kitchen and Eddie who dealt with after sales service more companies could learn how to deal with customers in this way

We had looked elsewhere but when we spoke to Scott and head about the service offered by Clyde we knew we were in the right place. He is a really nice guy, very professional and listened to what we wanted. Also happy to change the design each time I changed my mind about tiles or fittings. We had to replace two bathrooms due to a water leak so we also had additional work to be completed. Scott put us in touch with Lee the fitter who was not only a really nice guy. He was so helpful and did a fantastic job rebuilding our two rooms. His sidekick Chris also did a great job. I would highly recommend Clyde bathrooms to anyone looking to replace their bathrooms.
