Clyde Kitchens Omdömen 

We first contacted Clyde kitchens by filling out an enquiry form on their website. The very next day they phoned and arranged for David who is a designer to come out to our house only a few days later. David listened to what we wanted and suggested other things, we then went to the show room that weekend where he had two different designs for us to choose from, we chose our worktops, splashback and flooring and were given a price.

The following Tuesday Dariusz who is a fitter phoned and he came the following evening to look at the kitchen and ask if we wanted any others things like extra sockets etc and gave us a price for this. He then started work around a week and a half later.
From the first point of contact until the day Dariusz completed our kitchen the communication was amazing! Someone phoned every evening to check on progress and if there was any concerns they could be dealt with straight away the next day.
Our fitter Dariusz was the most hardworking person i have ever met and his eye for detail was next to none. Although the installation of the kitchen took a bit longer than we expected (10 days in total) i would have much rather that than someone rushing to get finished. Dariusz worked solidly for those 10 days without a day off!
I would highly recommend Clyde kitchens if you are looking for a new kitchen.

Fitter done a good job of kitchen, we are very happy with our new kitchen, complete transformation. However, three weeks ago I reported a fault with new kitchen radiator, message back was I will get to you... Still nothing ...messaged again nothing...then I noticed two misaligned doors... Messaged again... Sorry I am on holiday will get to you... So annoyed as fitter asked for cash payments... Ten visits to bank... When I said I would update trust pilot magically a response.. Sorry I am on hols will get to you after Easter... Not reliable at all... Calling Clyde Kitchen's tomorrow. Update 29 March 2026.

The delivery arrived as schedule. The kitchen fitter [Kevin] arrived on time and worked both skifully and hard every day. We are very pleased with the installed kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend Clyde Kitchen. We would also add the designer was great

From the very start of our kitchen design by Cameron to the installation on February by Ben every thing was completed excellent, I would not hesitate to recommend Clyde kitchen to anyone, the phone call every day during the fitting stage was a good thing , so that both party’s where kept updated

I recently had both my bathroom and kitchen completely refurbished. Rochelle was an invaluable help with the planning, very experienced at her job and made really useful suggestions when it came to choosing all the different
components. It was really good to see the designs on the computer to visualise the end result.
The installations were
far less upheaval than I had imagined and both teams worked hard to complete the jobs in the quickest time. Monica's team were in charge of the bathroom and did an amazing job, leaving it sparkling and looking beautiful.
Stevie and his team were in charge of the kitchen. He is obviously very experienced at his job and came up with solutions for every challenge that my quirky kitchen presented. I was very impressed with the level of workmanship on both jobs and the high quality finish. They worked their socks off and took such pride in their work. Lastly I'd like to thank Sharon who called every day on behalf of the company to check on progress and check I was happy with everything. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and have had an excellent experience from start to finish.

This is the second time I have used Clyde Kitchens, the first for a bathroom and now for the kitchen.

The sales team are excellent, a plan and price all done on the visit and within 30 minutes.

A bespoke solution was required for one area and was accommodated by the design team and also the fitters.

The team who were fitting came across an issue with the shape and expertly managed to address this within the build, also identifying an issue with one of the doors and arranged for a replacement without any hesitation

There was a daily call from the team after the days work had been completed to ensure all was being done to their professional standards and any issues raised e.g. the door, was taken away and answered provided the next day.

All in all a very professional organisation from pre sales, fitters and after sales team.

Very satisfied with the whole experience. Charlie was patient and helpful during the design process, taking the time to make sure I was happy with the various elements, and it was straightforward to replace items (the suggested hob and oven) with my own choices rather than the ones he had suggested. When the installation dates offered didn't suit me it was easy to rearrange. When it came to installation, Alan's team were fantastic, keeping me updated and bringing in additional tradesmen as needed, removing all the hassle from the process. I was kept well updated throughout and the work was completed on time, as promised

I had a great experience with Clyde Kitchens. From the initial home design visit to the design appointment at the showroom the team were great and were happy to adapt the design to suit what I was looking for. They made sure to present different options so I could get what I wanted while staying on budget.

The fitter was fantastic and the work progressed really smoothly, finishing on time. He kept me up to date on how the project was going and I had no issues or problems during the fitting.

The team at Clyde kept in touch daily to monitor how things were going, which was reassuring in case any issues came up - which luckily they didn't!

My new kitchen looks amazing and I'm happy with the service provided by Clyde Kitchens.

From the initial contact, through the survey and design, the choosing of materials, colours and bathroom suite at the showroom it was a smooth transition. The installer was first class and paid so much attention to detail and ensured the outcome would be perfect thus the reason for overrunning initial timeline.

We have had 2 main bathrooms and our WC done and also flooring in our kitchen and hall.
The team have been amazing from start to finish. Right from the design team helping us create the look we wanted and the installation team have been amazing! They are so hard working, they have been clean and tidy, they have tried to minimise the disruption to us and have just been a pleasure to have around. Nothing was too much hassle for them. I would 💯 recommend them.

Well manufactured kitchen.
Plenty of space.
Fitters were good..
Handles on top cupboards should be made opposite from other ones giving it a uniform look.
Finding space to keep kitchen as delivered before any work on new one began.

First class service from start to finish. Really impressed with Scott when conducting surveys, designs and answering questions, felt like everything was well under control.

Andrezj and Mateuz were brilliant also during fitting. Friendly and hardworking - here at 8:00 everyday without fail.

The kitchen & bathroom fitters were excellent nothing was a problem. Would definitely use them again.

The work was carried out efficiently and with the minimum of disruption to us. The contractor Steven worked tirelessly and we are very pleased with our new bathroom!

I’m really happy with my bathroom installation, the quality of workmanship is fantastic and my bathroom looks as good as I hoped it would. Monika worked really really hard to ensure everything was perfect for me and Scott’s design was great, I received calls almost daily from Clyde bathrooms checking on progress and if I was happy with my install. Overall a very positive experience and an amazing new bathroom!

As with all contracts, occasionally things go wrong but Clyde Kitchens are exceptional at making them right!
We had a few minor issues re design in our new kitchen install but we cannot fault the length Eddie at Clyde went to ensure these were sorted professionally and without quibble.
If only all firms lived up to this standard of resolving things... so thanks to Clyde Kitchens for engaging with us to conclude these issues.

Was going to get 3 quotes for new kitchen Clyde kitchens was first to arrive jack the sales rep was very impressive showed us what it would look like on his laptop we went with that very professional then the installation date was agreed and Ben arrived he was excellent from start to finish ,as I was a joiner all my working life/now retired/ I know a good job when I see it ,couldn’t fault any of his work wish him well for the future ,also must mention Sharon who phoned every day to see if I was happy with the work ,Clyde kitchens where great from day one many thanks to all lnvolved would definitely recommend

Walet and his team gave me a beautiful new downstairs toilet to compliment the new kitchen I was having fitted by Clyde at the same time. Definately recommend Clyde for design and workmanship
