This business is behind reprehensible... firstly they sign us up as a customer and engaged the contractor then they tell you all the ways they will charge for you leave. The contractor was never managed by Cloudstaff, they never did all the hours billed and then when we terminated the contractor - 3 bills for unused leave even though they took all leave owed while working for us. To many emails to count asking for explanations as to the new invoices and of course the bond/deposit is exhausted paying for unused leave. STAY AWAY FOR USING THEM
