I am actually giving 5 stars while not having a good experience. The rep that they hired had great skills but they seem to be occupied during the agreed work schedule. I'm still impressed with how easy it was to hire them, and how professional the team was throughout the entire process. I am a small business owner and my day is hectic running around 24/7. They were very tolerant of my schedule and I couldn't have asked for better support. If your first experience with hiring overseas talent is with outsourced, you will definitely get a great service from them as an entire company, even through sub par experiences from the talent.

I have used Outsourced for 3 years now and found them very easy to deal with, good value and treat the staff very well. I would recommend them. The only negative is that you can't do a direct debit with them, I have to pay them every month manually but it's a small sacrifice for great service.
