I ordered a shirt
I ordered a shirt, after several weeks nothing turned up. I emailed the contact email address giving the order number and a reference number. Not a single reply to my email , I sent two more emails and still no reply, this has to be the worse customer service I have ever experienced AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE this was the order number on your confirmation email you sent to me , I have noticed this answer is on a few of the reviews, thus you are scamming people out of there money

The company should inform the clients about possible taxes when sending to EU countries. The tax was higher than the items bought!

Definitely I recomand them , dress are really nice and quality, the zise was small I worded size 12 but the best I think is 14 , unfortunately I don’t find this size and I take 16 and I will modify because I really like this dress . I was shoppng for a wedding guest dress, I ordered 5 dresses meaning to keep 1, I kept 3. The fact the other two were too small otherwise I probably would of kept them too.

Gone downhill
Used to buy a lot from Closet. Haven't done for a while and don't think I will again. You have to buy 2 sizes of everything because their sizing is so random - one size 14 dress was too small while another size 12 was too big. Then they charge for returns even tho you are only returning because of the random sizing. Then the returns process is very complicated and confusing. I wore my dress once and the sleeve seam has frayed with a hole appearing. Have emailed closet for a replacement but have not heard anything back. Just left with a bad feeling. Shame because they used to be really good.

Très beaux articles et toujours de bonne qualité, jamais déçue de closet à ce niveau. J'ai enlevé un étoile pour les frais de livraison que je trouve chers quand même pour un pays européen (15euros pour la france). Attention aux frais de douane/Taxes aussi.

The dress that I ordered was really nicely packed and in great condition. It arrived quickly and was great quality. I had ti return it because it didn't fit but Closet processed my refund really quickly and they were excellent at emailing me and letting me know how everything was progressing. I'd definitely order from them again.
