I bought a dress that was much larger than expected and didn't match the picture at all. I've tried multiple times to get a return label, but no one has replied. Their website has been down for more than a week, and the contact number doesn't work. I'm worried I won’t be able to return it in time. Avoid buying from this company as their customer service is terrible.
I spent over 300euro on dresses. Paid 100euro in taxes for Ireland. When I returned the product registered post in July I didn't receive a credit. It is now October and I am still chasing the credit for this return. Responses back from the company are not good. Very disappointing. I could not recommend.
I bought a dress from their website, custom fees were nearly more than the dress so I rejected the fees and had the item returned to the store. That was over a month ago. I've sent two emails and tried calling but nobody has even replied. Really really bad customer service. I would not recommend buying from this website. I would also like to get in touch with a representative regarding my refund????
DO NOT BUY - I ordered online from them and initiated a return the next day which 2 months later they have not responded to. I reached out on social media and got sent a returns label. The first one with an incorrect name on it and the second one once I had sent the goods back and tried to track it had not been registered by the organisation. THEY ARE SCAMMERS - I had every excuse as to why it was delayed and now they won't even engage.

Very poor post purchase service. Multiple emails sent and no response. Very disappointing. Unable to return item that my mum bought. It's basic good manners to respond and a necessity to be able to communicate in life and in business.
I am so disappointed. In spite of many emails, they've messed up my order giving refund for wrong item and still waiting for one dress. They don't respond to emails either and no other way of contacting them.
I wish I had of read the reviews before ordering from Closet London, their returns process is deliberately flawed so customers have to keep the item ordered. I created a return online but did not get sent a shipping label, it clearly states in my return email to print shipping label and packing label but no shipping label was ever sent. I am days away from the return deadline with no response to the multiple emails sent to them and no other way to get in touch. This company needs investigated, I will never shop here again & I will be telling anyone who will listen to do the same.

Tela visiblemente de mala calidad, costuras arrugadas y deshilachadas.
Al tener que descambiarlo, pensé que me devolverían los gastos de envío y no me cobrarían los de devolución! Estaba totalmente equivocada, puesto que me descontaron 8 € por la devolución y además había pagado cerca de 7 de gastos de envío. Por lo que he gastado 15 € y no tenemos vestido.
Se supone que el resto me harán el reintegro aunque aún estoy esperando..
Returns procedure is terrible. Submitted a return, a week later and no returns email or label sent to me, no one responding to emails and phone number doesnt work. As dresses were sale items and they state no refund after 14 days, feel this is a way to not allow returns and keep customers money.
Warning! Don't buy if based in Ireland, customs charges will apply making the dress cost way more than it's worth. Also, international returns are at the buyers in cost.
The dress is nice but not worth all the extra costs.

Beware !! I have sent numerous requests for a returns label to return a dress that does not fit and I was ignored .All you get is an Email that says your request will be dealt with . However , it never is . Appalling company , Appalling customer service. All I want is a label and refund !
I ordered a stunning looking, silky, strong green evening dress for my partners birthday. What arrived was a dull green dress made of flannel material.
I complained and they agreed to refund. I demanded they cover postage both to and from my home, and to cover my costs and utter embarrassment.
They agreed a 10% goodwill gesture. When they received the item, they tried to charge me a restocking fee. I demanded they waived that which they agreed but then somehow the goodwill gesture turned into 10% off my next order. Of course, there won't be a next order... so there was no goodwill and not even an apology for sending me something completely misleading and not matching the description.
Don't spend your hard earned money or precious time dealing with these charlatans. Avoid at all costs, buy at your own peril.
Awful customer service. I’m trying to get hold of a return label and it’s actually impossible. Customer service keep sending an automated reply that they’ll be in touch - and then nothing. Their advertised telephone number doesn’t work. Really shouldn’t be this difficult.
I've never had such a horrible returns experience. The order stated £3 return fee. But now they want me to pay full shipping costs on unused, fully tagged items. Also, I bought a sale item and was not told at the time that I only had 24 days in which to return, otherwise I'd get a credit note and no refund.
No phone number to contact, either. Horrible company.
The boutique had a wonderful collection of beautiful dresses. The staff was very helpful in assisting me in finding the perfect one, and the one I chose is both fashionable and comfortable. The material also ffels luxurious. I'm really happy with my purchase
I used to buy from the company all the time, however it has gone seriously downhill: the quality is comparable to shein, poor quality, poor materials and to top it off with a cherry the most convoluted return process possible, please do yourself a favour and do not order from them!
