Ordering process was simple, the right time to buy as I managed to use the BF20 discount code. The dress was very well packaged & arrived very quickly & the dress was just like I saw on TV. Delighted with the dress.

Delivery was quick RM. Item was good quality but too small. Return of the item was frustrating the app was not working. I returned the item by RM tracked with signature because the app wouldn't let me download a return label.

Telephone number for customer services on line actually goes through to the accounts team which was very frustrating for them and me. Trying to actually get through to them is a nightmare and I still haven’t got through yet. I purchased an item in the sale and returned within couple of days but still been issued with credit note. I can understand it if I was outside the specified time but I wasn’t needless to say at the moment I am not very happy.

The dress was £130 but arrived crumpled up in a cheap plastic bag. The dress itself was nice but didn't fit. The return process is painful. Still waiting for a reply from customer services.

I bought this dress for a Christmas gift for a friend, it is simpli beautiful. Perfect for this occasion and I know that she will like it to. The dress sparkles from everywhere.

The dress I ordered is beautiful and extremely well made. If there is a negative, it would be the packaging, the dress was over £100 and to receive it in a plastic bag was a bit of a shock.

I have ordered from other online retailers and the dresses have either been delivered with tissue paper in a box or on a ready to wear hanger. I understand the postage was free but considering how much the dress cost in the first place, I expected it to be better presented especially as the skirt is pleated.

I have always loved Closet products. Unfortunately I realized I had to pay 23% tax when the product arrives in Portugal. With other brands from Uk it didnt happen so I wonder what the difference is. Apart from that, Closet is always a good buy

Dress was flimsy,and had to pay for delivery

We ordered 5 of the same dress for my daughters wedding each one came screwed up in a bag and all had some kind of flaw in them, the design of dress with sunrise pleats really should have been delivered on a hanger, I did keep one as loved the style of dress and colour but had real problems getting a dry clean company to iron/ steam creases out which then was a additional cost

The fact that your foreign customers have to take in charge the expedition fees is not sufficiently underlined. Apart from the custom fees, DHL charges hard on this and is not the cheapest one. Moreover, they do not warn when they are supposed to do the delivery. I had to go the delivery point after only one attempt (juste one call) although the dress could have been inserted in my mailbox. It was highly deceiving for me.

The dress is really nice. Nice quality but it seems that the dress have been tried on a few times there is a little stitching coming out next to the pocket.
