Clicks Research is a great concept!
They offer high quality products but you do need to be extremely fast once you receive your email for any participation because they fill up so fast (there's limited spaces in each trial)
I've been selected for a few products for myself and baby.
I would love to be able to find out the name/brand of products i tested, even if it has to be once they're out in the market.
Their customer service team is very professional, helpful and fast too. When i've had questions regarding delivery dates, they were quick to respond.

I really enjoy using click research, I've had chance to test different products, and the website is easy to use.

Love the free products and the trials. You have to be quick though as they soon fill up.
Questionnaires are long and lengthy and can be off putting, but this is so the correct products can be assigned to you and so that they can provide the service to the customer. Any issues you have they are quick to respond. Been with the company a few years and would recommend.

I love being part of click research, such an amazing opportunity to try and review products.

I have done quite a few campaigns for them and they are absolutely lovely.

No issues with receding the items, questionnaires are easy to fill in and it’s rare to get an invite and not get the campaign.

I’ve been signed up as a tester with this company for many years and have tested some great products. Their communication is excellent telling me when there is a trial, when to expect my delivery, and reminders for filling in surveys. They make it as easy as possible to undertake their trials.

Absolutely love this website. I’ve got to try all kinds from skin care, hair products, hair dryer, curler, and even stuff for my baby too like moisturisers and shampoos. Love it and can’t fault it. Been using it since 2019ish

Have been a tested with clicks research for over a year now and can't fault them. Have always been offered tests for products relevant to me, always arrive as planned and feedback requests easy to follow. Easily my favourite out of the all the product testing companies out there.

Av been doing trials for this company for many years now, I love trying new products and giving a very truthful and honest feed back , you get to keep the product also.

I've been testing products via Clicks Research for a number of years. My teenage daughter also tests products and we've been very lucky to test some fantastic products. My daughter has developed a sophisticated skincare routine thanks to Clicks Research, she was kitted out with a full range of products from cleanser, toner, serums, etc, all suitable for her skin.
My issue has always been oily t-zone...one of the products I was lucky enough to test has completely resolved this issue for me...trouble is...I don't know which brand it is...I'm dreading running out.
Once selected for a trial, products are delivered promptly, detailing method of use in return for honest feedback.
Clicks Research is a great concept and offers high quality products. The team functions efficiently in the background...I've never had to contact them, that's because in all the years I've been testing products...I've never had any problems or needed to contact them.
