The reason of my two star is the non-sense this platform is operating on. I won a product to test, two months down and still no product. I have e-mailed them, no reply, I have messaged on the platform, received one reply until today saying someone will look into it, and silence since. The operation is very weird and strange. I am 100% sure they just run this business to keep it afloat and collect consumer data. The pay-out for surveys are pennies, which tells it all if I am really being honest. The platform and the idea of what they have in place is brilliant, but beyond wasting your time, handing out your private data for free and believing there is something awesome in this whole concept, there is actually none. I also think the only reason they send out e-mail about surveys which for whatever reason after 5 questions, you never ever qualify for is to keep the site afloat and have traffic on there, or actually test that their own sites and functionalities still work. What this service was meant to be, now I think is a shadow of that idea and vision. I personally would not recommend to anyone joining this platform, it is a waste of time and I am certain they by now are selling the consumer data as well for someone to build algorithms with AI. And before anyone tells me I don't know anything about this platform I am on it for nearly 10 years, of which for probably 5 years communication was zerooo, non existent. There was nothing happening basically. So maybe they are trying to revive everything now, however even with the current surveys that pop up, it is mediocre useless and again, a platform that collects personal data for free if we realistically look at it...

I would have given 4 stars, as the surveys are ok even though I rarely get any these days. But its got to be 1 star now due to the lucky wheel game. I won a tefal kettle which I was told would be received in a few days. Nothing came. Contacted them again and was told it would be posted that day. A month later I still dont have anything. I contacted them twice more, but no one will reply. Doesn't look like they actually send out won products.

Customer service is non existence I totally get ignored even when a survey hasn't rewarded me even when I completed it like a recently had reward of 30,000 points which I completed and didn't get it added on my account I am really angry

Soundcore and they were great, paid product testing was very easy to get going and use there site would recommend them to everyone ***** from me

Not too many surveys where you can’t do them in time

There's a wide variety and choice of surveys. There's also an opportunity to test and review (and keep!) the products.

The surveys I have done have been easy and hassle free

A good review company you collect reqards per servey to cash in for vouchers, theres more people now so getting a product to test is a lower chance than it used to be but you still have a decent chance definitatly worth a few moments of your day every weekend

The surveys are quick and easy to complete. They activities are different and varied
