Matt is highly professional and knowledgeable. With a friendly and trustworthy approach, anyone needing Park Home surveys, Refurbishment, Siting or more should certainly utilise Clearview! We will certainly recommend Matt and his services to anyone we can.

For me, this company is top notch. Having asked for a Park Home survey, I received the report in a few days & found it to be very comprehensive & easily understood. I would have no qualms about recommending this company.

I instructed Matthew to carry out a survey on a park home I wanted to buy. We correspond via email and I found this to be quick and straightforward. As soon as the survey was competed Matthew sent me a quick email about one issue. This knowledge enabled me to speak to the seller and the problem was rectified at no cost to me. It was absolutely the right decision to instruct Matthew and I have gone ahead with the purchase knowing that the home is free from faults. I would recommend Matthew for his efficiency and professionalism.

Matthew came and surveyed my dad's park home on Friday 30 August 2024

I felt at ease from the first phonecall
Thank you Matthew

Matthew came to survey a pre loved park home for me. He was maticulous
in his work. From roof to the underside of the home, he was thorough. After the inspection, he spoke to my son and I with a breif but candid report, which gave me the information I needed to make my choice. I received my fully written report, which is very detailed and informative. Matthew was very professional and well mannered. I will not hesitate in using his services again. I cannot thank him enough. Thank you Matthew

We were very pleased with the service and survey provided by Matthew. The survey, as promised, was very detailed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and use him again if necessary.

I would highly recommend this company, Matthew, the surveyor was excellent. It was a straight forward process, from beginning to end. Matthew was very helpful, knowledgeable and thorough and the report was comprehensive. I thought the price to be of good value.

Matthew carried out a survey on our Park Home, prior to purchase. He was thorough, efficient, friendly and very helpful. He was prompt in attending, telephoned me with provisional results the same day and we received the full report via email, 3 days later. We would highly recommend and would definitely use again as he was also very reasonably priced. Thank you Matthew.

Matthew carried out a full Survey for us prior to purchasing our Park Home which was very much appreciated due to our time constraints.
The Survey was extremely detailed and informative so much so it enabled us to renegotiate the price prior to purchase.
Matthew was very professional and knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to recommend his services, also very reasonably priced.

Matthew is always polite. Gives good clear advise and leaves the area clean and tidy.

From Matthew’s first visit, he has been totally professional and put me at ease immediately that the problems created by vermin under our new home would be put right. He provided an in depth report for our insurance company and from our insurance settlement to Matthew coming out today to carry out the repairs was a matter of a couple of weeks. We couldn’t have asked for more, and we would not even have known our floor had been lifted and replaced had we not witnessed the work being done and my home was left spotless. Thank you so much Matthew and also for the extra advice and help you gave us on a couple of other issues. I highly recommend Matthew and his team, job well done and one very happy customer 😊

Great service. Felt confident after initial communication. Report came back promptly and was thorough. Matthew was easy to deal with and was genuine in his work and appreciated the importance of such surveys when being carried out!

We were very pleased to receive Matthew’s comprehensive and informative report. We are grateful for the support he has offered and have no hesitation in contacting him again for further advice.
Thank you

Dealing with this company was really straightforward. It was easy to book in a date for the survey, and they dealt with access to the unoccupied property via the estate agent. They turned up on the day on time, did a thorough job, and emailed the comprehensive report to me the following day. They were also very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Matthew was very helpful and carried out our requested survey very quickly for us. The prompt telephone call following the survey was also very helpful informing us of works that were needed on the property to maintain its high spec. The whole procedure was very easy and helped to allay any fears we had about the purchase. I would thoroughly recommend this company if anyone requires a survey to be done.
