PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I would not want anyone else to experience the stress, fear and helplessness they put me through.

Before I made payment, they were extremely responsive. They answered my calls and WhatsApp messages quickly and made me feel confident that my booking was safe. The moment they received my money, everything changed. My messages were ignored, my calls went unanswered and I was left desperately chasing them for a ticket I had already paid for.

As my departure date got closer, my anxiety became unbearable. I kept contacting them, begging for confirmation of my ticket. A day before I was due to travel, they promised that my ticket would be sent by 10:00, but they continued stalling and giving excuses.

Because I no longer trusted what I was being told, I contacted the airline directly. That was when I discovered the truth. The airline confirmed that a reservation had been created in my name, but it had not been paid for. I therefore had no valid ticket, despite this company having already collected the full payment from me.

They only admitted that the ticket had not been issued after I confronted them with what the airline had told me. They then blamed “technical issues” and still refused to refund my money.

Imagine preparing for a journey, trusting that everything has been arranged, only to discover one day before departure that you have no ticket and that the money you worked hard for has not been returned. I was left feeling deceived, abandoned and completely powerless.

I have also spoken to three other people who told me they experienced similar problems. Based on my experience, I find the positive reviews on this page extremely difficult to believe or reconcile with the treatment I received.

Please protect yourself, your money and your peace of mind. Do not allow yourself or your family to be placed in this kind of situation. I strongly recommend that nobody uses this company. Book directly with a reputable airline or a properly established travel provider.

Davis helped me book my trip back Zimbabwe, he was really helpful and helped with checking me in as well giving me peace of mind

Delt with an agent call Davis. Cancelled my return flight from the carribbean. He arranged a new departure date. Got to the airport late after there was an accident on the road going there. Did not communicate with the airline to explain my problem (my fault). Davis however, sorted out the next available flight back to the UK for me.
Will be eternally grateful.

Please please do not purchase anything from these people. They are a total scam. After paying for my flights they came with a bunch of lies about my flight being unconfirmed. I called British airways who informed me that my tickets were never purchased. I have been requesting for a full refund, which they have refused. I have to now miss my grandmother’s funeral because I don’t have tickets to travel and they have since changed their trading name. I have reported them to the police. Please whatever you do, do not buy anything from them. They also trade as explore flights and Maqam Travel And Tour.

A total lie from these guys all of them esp John Henry Davidson. They lied abt my refund from Qatar saying they don't get full refund and yet Qatar did refund full refund and it should be via email but these crooks tell you over the Phone. They take so long jus to issue a ticket from an airline. Its pathetic and total disgrace. Lies after lies DONT buy from them.

Mr Jerry is indeed a professional and handled my travel arrangements very well. My ticket and that of my family was handled the best way.

I dealt with Abraham, and overall his communication was excellent — he was responsive, polite, and worked with me throughout the booking process, which I really appreciated.

However, there was an issue regarding the ATOL certificate. I was informed it would be provided immediately after purchase, but it was not sent until I followed up multiple times. As this is an important legal document, it should be issued automatically without the need for chasing.

Abraham himself was helpful and professional, but this is an area where the process clearly needs improvement to ensure everything is provided as promised from the outset.

Outstanding service from start to finish – Davis is the real deal!

I booked my Easter trip to Zimbabwe through Trips and Holidays and I cannot praise Davis enough. Anyone who has tried to book flights to Zimbabwe during the Easter period knows how expensive it can get, but Davis worked hard to find me a genuinely affordable ticket. That alone was impressive — but it was everything else he did that truly set him apart.

His customer service was exceptional throughout the entire journey. He reached out before my departure to make sure I had everything I needed, assisted me with the check-in process (which made things so much smoother), and even followed up after I returned to check how the trip went. That kind of care is something you simply don't expect from a travel agent these days.

If you're planning a trip — especially to Africa — and want someone who will look after you like a real person and not just a booking reference, ask for Davis. I'll absolutely be using him again.

The service l got from Jerry Thompson was nothing short of what l heard from the others, keep up the good work Jerry.

Avoid this travel company at all costs.
They lure customers in with attractive deals on flights that simply do not exist. Once you pay a deposit, the story changes — excuses, delays, or sudden “changes” to the booking.
This is not just poor service, it feels deliberately misleading and dishonest.
Do not risk your money.
