Wanted a cheaper flight to Kenya in October. Great help and price from Tripandholiday and the expert from Sofia very helpful and polite. I will tell others to look for this when they travel.

Stellah Moore handled my booking in a way too good and too fast to be true. Here I am all set up like nothing happened. Am letting all my colleagues know you Stellah. You are going to be busy. Thank you so much.

My name is Alice, Amother of 3, I wanted to travel back home last year July 2024 with my kids and husband,l haven't been able to travel since 2018, l saved up little by little to be able to take everyone with me, Silly me l googled and l came across Trips and holidays, Checked their reviews and lt was good, To cut the story short,We agreed on a flight gave deposit of 375 for 5 people and finished the rest by February....That didn't happen mostly because sometimes the money will bounce back into my account, Eventually, l ended up paying in 4 different accounts,As explained by the lady l was dealing with by the name Emma Johns, Nicely spoken, She will call me sister, and promised me tickets, So l ended up paying: Trips and holiday,Master holiday Flyaway and a link.To tell you ya'll the truth they conned me 3,985 pounds and l'm on minium wage, l went into depression, couldn't eat or sleep...l lost so much weight and don't forget the kids were excited to go for holiday, Since they haven't been since 2018, l had to get a loan to pay for another set of tickets which costed me 5,600, They took my money tried to recover it to no avail, Please be careful out there, it's really sad that they chose to do this to people,PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM
TRIPS AND HOLIDAY
MASTER HOLIDAY
ADAM AND SON TRAVELS
EXPLORE FLIGHT LTD
FLYAWAY etc
They will use names like Adam, Jason, Emma Johns now Emmi Wilson,Jerry, Daniel Clark, James Clark, Davis Frank etc and this people has a very deep Indian or Asian accent...Trips and holiday did me dirty.

I would like to single out a lady by the name Sophia, for the way she handled my wife’s travel to and from Zimbabwe. From the day I booked the flight with Explore Flights, she was always there for us as the contact person giving us updates regularly up to the travelling dates sending reminders of the checking in times and other requirements.
The service we got from her was just excellent and I am happy to say that she is now my travel agent.
George Chauruka.

It can only be described as one of the most impressive customer service even in the UK. Her name is Sofia with Exploreflight limited. the sincerity and honesty of her deal is second to none. She took clients welfare to the next level, calling at every stage all through the contract. I have recommended the company to friends and relatives for her sake. Very captivating introduction "hi Sofia hereKT174RH" thumbs up for you.
