Wow, this company helped me in more ways than I could ever imagine. In one a very nice a very helpful guy Ed. I was very frightened to pick up the phone and admit to myself I was needing help with my finances. When I did pick up after reading reviews about this company which I may say reading the reviews definitely helped me along my way. Once I picked up the phone on a Friday and spoke to Ed I felt a big weight off my shoulders just by speaking to Ed. He was very helpful and very professional. He got all my details and by god I can’t stress enough how good I felt, knowing that I was on my way to help me clear my finances. By Monday morning I was now in the good hands and on my way in getting the help I needed. Please if your in the same mind set and thinking you can’t get out off your financial situation please give this company a phone and give you the peace off mind we all deserve. Things are very difficult for a lot off people,and can effect you in more ways than one. So please just pick up the phone and get the financial help you need. I have an innate fear of finances and budgeting and it took a lot of courage for me to accept that I was in trouble financially. I cannot emphasize enough how helpful Cleanslate were in finding a solution for me. Namely, Callum who managed in one phone call, to collect and collate every detail of my income and expenditure and subsequently present me with a realistic budget. I spoke with Lewis later, who explained thoroughly the options open to me. It was not an easy process as I'm sure it's not for anyone, my anxiety levels were high at the onset. However, Lewis made me feel at ease; the entire process was very smooth, professional and handled with compassion, minus any judgement. Equally as important, I was never pressured, never given deadlines or mislead in any way. Both Callum and Lewis and no doubt all staff here, are aware of the mental health issues surrounding debt. They did their utmost to listen, understand and mitigate fears surrounding the negativity of debt.
