So far am not that impressed with CleanKill. Appointments were made and then no one attended, which wasted my time and all other residents in the block of 10 flats.

I have called Cleankill on 2 separate occasions to address pest control issues. I have found them very professional and would highly recommend their services.

I contacted Cleankill whilst going through a house move and needing an inspection of my property. They were so professional, empathetic and prompt. I honestly could not recommend this firm enough for any of your needs. As it turned out, the property had no issues with pests so no further support was needed at this stage. This really shows the honesty and integrity of a company to not try to upsell a service if its not needed. Five Star Review and a Five Star Recommendation from me

Mark Pretty (cool name, by the way) has been absolutely amazing! He called me back quickly and explained thoroughly everything I needed to know. It was free of charge for him to come and survey the property and he also gave us plenty of useful advice. I cannot recommend Cleankill enough - an honest, reliable and caring company. We really appreciate your time and guidance, so thank you for all you have done so far.

A friend recommended this company from the very beginning we were impressed .Dan was the man he always arrived when he said he was coming . Very very knowledgeable and extremely professional . March 2021:
For some considerable time I have had problems caused by pigeons roosting on the roof and nesting under the solar panels. As time passed this became a greater problem and I decided it was time to get help.
I researched the help available, spoke to several people and organisations, then I spoke to Cleankill Pest Control, who sent their local surveyor, Samantha Virgo, to advise me on the options.
What a breath of fresh air! Samantha is professional, knowledgeable, straight-speaking, helpful and honest, with excellent customer service skills. The options and methods to be used were fully explained to me in an open and straightforward manner, with all my questions fully answered. Samantha promised to be in contact within a few days with all the details, which is exactly what happened! We discussed the details and I raised a few questions, which have been answered, and I have received a detailed quotation for the work. I am delighted with the quote, which represents excellent value.
I look forward to the work being carried out in the near future, confident that it will be of the same high standard that Samantha has demonstrated in all her dealings with me.

May 2021:
As promised, the work to pigeon proof my solar panels was carried out on 6th April, by Russ.
What a nice chap he is, quiet and confident, he is obviously very experienced in bird proofing, especially solar panels and, as I found out as time passed, all other aspects of bird control in many scenarios. Russ meticulously observed Covid19 regulations at all times. This was pleasing as I had been shielding due to COPD.
First Russ checked the site, then removed all debris from under the panels. Next came the cleaning and sanitising phase, which was completed with care, especially on and around the solar panels. What happened next surprised me, as Russ measured the areas to be proofed and returned to his van, where he cut the black, high-tech weatherboard into the exact sizes required to fit perfectly! I later saw why, as the whole area of solar panels presented a perfectly tailored finish. After Russ had attached the weatherboarding in place he inspected the whole installation in detail to ensure he was satisfied. Finally, he cleaned the area and removed all debris from the guttering, leaving the area spick and span!

I have waited a month before my review so that I can confirm the results. Not only does the work by Cleankill Pest Control enhance the look of the solar panels and roof but the presence of pigeons is minimal, as Russ said it would be, the unsightly mess on my new patio has disappeared. It no longer looks like a 'bombing range' and I cam sit in the sun with impunity!
I placed my trust in Cleankill and Samantha, which was proved to be correct by Russ. In all, an honest, high quality, professional job, at a great value for money price. I will know where to go in future!

Routine checks always efficient and keep the rats at bay, a problem living near water. Also sorted out the squirrels in the loft quickly and effectively

We had a recent rat infestation in a new development, couldn't figure out where they could have possibly come from and tried nearly everything to get rid of them for months without resolve, until we had Ben visit the properties and along with David managed to block the main access point and get rid of what was left of them afterwards. They came back several times to make sure things were going well, always helpful and polite, got rid of the issue very effectively and will certainly recommend them to anyone that has a similar issue

I have used CleanKill On a few occasions now at my business and also at home and they are always very good. They give honest advice and the best solution for the problems.

I run a retirement development site in Eastbourne and we are plagued with ants (and occasionally mice!). We have Sam from Cleankill visit on a regularly basis to keep the ants under control. Sam always arrives when he says he is going to, he is always professional, polite and helpful. I extremely happy with the service I received from Cleankill and would happily recommend them.

We are a school in the centre of Brighton and needed our roof 'netted' to protect our solar panels and other infrastructure from seagulls. Also some work related to pigeons making a mess down the side of our building. From start to finish I found Cleankill extremely professional and good value for money. They were reliable with their timekeeping and worked efficiently when on site. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cleankill to others who want to resolve similar issues..

I’ve had a seagull nesting problem behind our chimney for a number of years and hadn’t got around to doing anything about it. However, a neighbour backing on to our garden who had a similar problem turned out to be a catalyst for me to get mine done. Turned out that Bird Control Sussex were just what I was after and installed spikes on top of the chimney and built a steel cage to go behind the chimney up to the ridge tiles on site. They also cleared away all the debris from the previous years nesting which included growing grass which was included in the price and sent pictures of before and after. They also cleared other grass that was growing near the chimney that had somehow slipped down from the nest. In addition to this they also fitted a bit of wire netting over the chimney pot which I asked them to do at no extra cost. Thoroughly nice blokes and a great job done - thanks chaps, much appreciated.

Had a seagulls nest from last year removed, and wire cage fitted between chimney stack and roof. Spikes fitted onto top of chimney also to prevent seagulls nesting this year. Russ and Phil were friendly, professional and did a great job. Reasonable price too. Very pleased.
