Beth is amazing, she handled everything professionally and was able to help free us from mice. Thank you for looking after this matter very seriously unlike other pest control I had in the past they came same amount of times she came and still nothing changed. She didn’t leave any corner to check and made sure the job was completely done in most accurate way, explaining everything accurately and helping me understand what was happening.

Awful experience. One of their team accidentally broke the lock on our front door after doing an inspection of our flat. I've contacted them 3 or 4 times over the last few months. I got a holding reply the first time saying that the managers were looking into it and then no replies to any of my follow up emails. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed with their lack of communication and absolutely zero attempt to fix the damage they caused. I would not recommend this company.

We had Beth and richard out today ti help with a bedbug situation we had a different company before but was nowhere near as helpful as these guys I couldn't believe the difference in having a good team out they was so thorough and checked absolutely everything so happy I have had these two out highly recommend 😀

After being badly let down by another pest control company, Cleankill were a breath of fresh air! Extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and reliable. Surveyors Mark and Ben and Chris, the technician went above and beyond. All were kind and understanding, happy to answer questions and give advice. Nothing was too much trouble. I could not ask for more – and very reasonably priced.

Mark is outstanding - competent, exact, supportive and very polite. We will not hesitate to ask him again for help, if needed.

We had to contact this company as they seemed to have experience and their reviews were good.

They sent a surveyor in a week to take a sample of the insect and leave. I did not understand why I had to wait a week as I could have posted them the sample via post since I already placed traps and had the sample ready.

The surveyor refused to take pictures or even any background on the story and previous treatments and reports !.
He said they sill send answer in 2 says, it took them 17 days.. and because of not taking pictures of signs it lead to eventually not an accurate analysis of the issue.

However, I accepted that they do the treatment just cuz I wanted any solution, but have been waiting for them to do the treatment for over two months now !!!

They never respond to emails, and takes their sweet time to eventually acknowledge the reminders you send …

I don’t recommend this place based on my horrible experience..

Fast, efficient and professional. Arrived on time and dealt with the problem straight away. No hesitation in recommending based on our experience. Very impressed.

This company made good suggestions, gave good advice, turned up when they said they would and did the work swiftly, efficiently and cleanly.

Sam Boylett is a credit to the company. He was prompt, professional and so knowledgeable regarding our mouse problem. Told us what type they were without even seeing them and where they would be and that's where they were. If he had told me their names I would not have been surprised. Highly recommended.

A very professional cost effective job. Richard and Sam’s knowledge and advice proved invaluable and they do a difficult job well. This time it was a rat infestation but we have used the same group for pigeon problems and they proved good with that as well. We would totally recommend them

With neighbours netting their balconies the pigeons soon became our problem too!!

Catching Russel whilst installing netting at a neighbours he offered sage advice about the options available which helped make our decision.

Sam came back quickly with a competitive quote and on installation day Russel & Phil were a professional pair working to complete work thoroughly - they even cleaned a balcony plant which had been in the firing line of the pigeon poop!

We are off to a great start with Cleankill Pest Control. Their site surveyor Sam came out to the farm to discuss what level of service we will require (our previous Pest Control operative having just retired). We were left with a clear picture of what is on offer and were interested to learn more about rat/mouse behaviour than we had known previously. Sam has since been back and brought a file of all the information we need to have on the farm for inspections and our own H&S. All communications have been prompt and helpful and this week we have our first visit from the pest officer assigned to us.

Sam came to do an assessment of our situation, and while there kindly got rid of 2 trapped rats for us at no charge (by chance they had been caught overnight - traps left by another person - and I REALLY didn't want to deal with them).

He was just very chilled, and gave us excellent advice - thank you!

Russ & Phil were very professional and cleaned up brilliantly at the end of the job.

Russ and Phil were fantastic. They were very empathetic to our situation. Their knowledge on feral pigeons was incredible and they knew exactly what to do to humanely move them on. Thoroughly recommend Cleankill.
