I would give zero stars if that was an option. Not only has my order been damaged in shipment, it is not two months beyond the original order date and your company was only fulfilling a partial order due to inventory issues!
It is past time for your company to implement effective customer service practices that put the customer first!

I clean my bathrooms with wipes because I think it is more sanitary. I have probably tried every brand there is out there. Better Life wipes are the BEST! They really do clean super well. My only problem with them is sometimes they arrive with the tops popped open and no liquid in the container. I wish the tops would be taped for extra security. I give them a 10+ rating!

Arrived safely and soundly
Arrived safely and soundly. For whatever reason shipment was delayed by UPS. Not to worry. One less day I had to clean bathroom. Better Life products are natural and safe for a septic system plus safe for the user. Equally excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Great products & customer service
Jessie from customer service was extremely helpful. My original order was damaged during delivery and she went above & beyond to make sure a replacement order was placed. I have been ordering from Better Life for years and love all of the products I have used.

Great website and good products!
The website is very easy to navigate. Plus, all the links work the first time!
I love the toilet bowl cleaner! Besides being fragrant, it cuts down on hard water stains. I have found that by using it daily, the stains stay gone for a much longer time, and they are quite easy to remove.

A month later, still no product
I placed an order with Better Life on April 5th. Today is May 9th, and I still have not received my order, despite being in contact with customer service multiple times. This is ridiculous.
