I never received any of my order and look forward to hearing from you. If I don't, I will be disputing my credit card charge.

I've used Better Life since 2013 when I saw them on Shark Tank and I love the products! Beginning in 2020 I began to have problems with the delivery of my orders. At least three orders had leaking or empty bottles, broken sprayers, or dented bottles. I recently asked a customer rep if they could send me a few sprayers as I currently have none that work and I still have several unopened bottles and they refused to help.

I use the all purpose cleaner and floor cleaner and they work great. The chemicals in other brands effect my breathing and love having a plant based alternative. I also use the laundry detergent and love it. I have a dog with skin allergies and have noticed a huge difference in his itching since using these products, lol, (the little guy sleeps between the sheets).

This site is extremely easy to use and I had reward points to use & what a pleasant surprise for my total!!

We have real problems with toilet bowl stains from our well water. This product has great "cling," does an OUTSTANDING job cleaning, works fast, & is still septic safe. Amazon does not offer it currently, but this product is well worth searching for!

My 1st order I didn’t get all of my order, I figured the money was gone and I’d never see the rest of the order……as soon as I filled out the form and told them, they corrected it and I got the products….to me that’s big. Most companies do not care and just keep the money….thank you again

The website is easy to navigate through and I ordered without any problems. I love all their products because it's nontoxic, just hope they'll start showing up in the local stores so no need to order on line.

Ordered in April an "in stock" item. It's June they have set up 7 replacement orders and nothing. All they do is create a label but no product is ever shipped. Heard all the excuses they could come up with and wait and nothing. This company was not like this before. Don't waste your time ordering you won't get it.

Most of my order got damaged and discarded by USPS and UPS, but BetterLife came through and is reshipping my order. Great product and great customer service! Never use anything else as classic chemical brands harm the environment as well as our children, ourselves, and our pets with toxic residues. BetterLife is better for our health and kills germs naturally!

Better Life is the best in natural cleaners. I've used the Laundry stain remover for years now. The only one that has gotten blood off clothing. It also clean carpet spots. The General cleaner is better than most and the Granite spray is excelent.
