Got fitted for new irons yesterday, what a great experience it was, ended up buying a set of cobra irons and used them today, added 15 yards an iron easy to my shots. Any bad shots were nothing like they were with my old irons. Thanks to kieron for fitting me with the cobra ltdx. No looking back. Highly recommend anybody to go and get fitted properly. It's a game changer using the correct equipment.

Ordered 3 polo shirts, only sent 2 and they were 2 days late! (DPD issue)…I rang to say they only delivered 2 and they said the stock had an error online! They lied and said they tried ringing but sent two anyway! Why didn’t they email me if that was the case?? I then agreed for them to send the missing shirt overnight…6 days later I’m still waiting! Poor delivery/stock service! Other companies were very easy to deal with and delivered overnight as I bought 12 in total for a competition! Moral of the review “if you want something quick, shop elsewhere”

I bought a pair of Skechers golf shoes which after 8 months started falling apart. With the help of Tia and Owen these were replaced for anew pair . Great service.

SENT PART AN ORDER

I ORDERED A FULL SET OF IRONS AND 3 WEDGES. THE BOX ARRIVED AND I INSTANTLY KNEW IT WASN'T HEAVY ENOUGH. OPENED IT TO FIND JUST 2 WEDGES INSIDE.

THEY HAD NOT SENT A FULL SET OF Mizuno Pro IRONS. SPOKE TO TO SUE WHO WAS NOT HELPFUL AND BLAMED THE COURIER. I HAS TO RING BACK ALMOST 1 WEEK LATER FOR AN UPDATE SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD SENT THE CLUBS AND IT WASN'T THIER ISSUE.

IT WASNT THE COURIERS FAULT AS THE BOX SEEMED TO BE OK HOWEVER NO LEGIT COMPANY WOULD EVER SEND SUCH HIGH VALUE ITMES IN SUCH A THIN FLIMSY BOX.

SUE TRIED TO TELL ME THAT IT WAS A MIZUNO BOX ... SHE MUST THINK IM STUPID CAUSE MIZUNO BOXES ARE STRONG AND BLUE. THIS WAS PLAIN CARD AND AS THIN AS PAPER.

NO EXTRA PACKAGING WAS USED INSIDE THE BOX AND THE BOX ONLY HAD ONE BIT OF WEAK TAPE SECURING IT.

IM 100% SURE THEY HAVENT SENT THE CLUBS HOWEVER IF THEY HAD THEY WOULD HAVE ARRIVED DAMAGED IN THAT BOX.

NO INTEREST THE COMPANY AND SUE WAS BEYOND RUDE ON THE PHONE. SHE SAID IF IM NOT HAPPY I SHOULD RING THE POLICE. CRAZY

I HAVE SPOKEN TO THE POLICE AND THE CARD COMPANY AND THEY ARE STOPPING THE PAYMENT ASAP.

ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES EVER

Ordered the cobra xl graphite clubs and they arrived no problem within 3days and in perfect condition. Price for this package set was £100 cheaper than competitors and came with a further £50 at purchase due to Jubilee celebrations. Great service on delivery and communication and will certainly be ordering further products and telling my friends to look at Clarkes Golf first. Just heading out this evening to give them their first swings.

Five stars all day. I only ordered a hat. They completed my order in record time. Kept me updated regarding delivery. I will definitely be using this company again. Well done Guys.

I've received my Footjoy shoes, it's hard to get size 6 in mens golf shoes, quality shoes at a great price.
It's easy to give 5 stars when the transaction is seamless. Clarkes customer service was excellent when there were issues with delivery, addressing the problem efficiently and with urgency, in a proffesional courteous manner.
I will happily buy from them again and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Clarkes Golf.

5 stars hands down! It is easy to give a top rate when everything goes smoothly but you can only trust a business when something goes wrong. I had an issue with my order which happens, but I have to give 5 stars after the way they handled the issue with my order. I had a call from the shop, nice lad. A call.. these days it's hard to get a response via email, over the phone is something outstanding these days. And that was them contacting me, not the other way around. I was offered multiple options keeping my order or the get the money back. I'm very happy with the level of transparency and for the fact they gave options. I had previous experiences where the shop just cancel the order without bothering to ask me what I wanted or either taking accountability for their fault. I'm a rookie, but when the time comes I will definitely come back to upgrade my gears with them.

First time buyer - really impressed. Good value for money, quick delivery and great comms. Needed to exchange sizes, free return and got the new size within a week. Recommended

Had a club fitting for the first time ever here this morning with Andy. Was a little bit apprehensive at first and didn't know what to expect as I'd heard mixed reviews on club fitting experiences. I didnt need to worry as the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Andy was very helpful and I didnt feel like he pushed anything onto me. There was a massive range of irons to try so was good to try a few different brands. He spent time with me making sure I was happy with the selection I made. I didnt feel rushed into making a decision and didnt feel pressured into buying. Overall I would rate the experience very highly and recommend anyone who's wanting to get fit for golf clubs to go here and see Andy.

Had a club fitting for irons Driver and wedges. with Andrew. He explained that my irons did not need to be replaced, I changed to a Ping g425 driver short shaft regular flex and wedges with softer shafts. Andy knows his stuff explained everything about what I needed. Top class golf club fitter.

I am writing this review as I’ve just read a pathetic review regarding service over a electric trolley. I started playing Golf again last November 2021. I purchased all my Clubs from the King Cobra range from Clarkes in St Helens. They altered all my Wood & Driver free of charge even after I had used them. I then purchased a Moto Caddy electric trolley. After 1 round I thought there was something wrong with it . A simple phone call and 8 was asked to return the trolley . Upon return and inspection it was a faulty charger that they replaced immediately. NOW THATS GOOD SERVICE. I Aldi wanted to upgrade my Rescue Wood to the new Radspeed . Again awesome service part ex my speedzone without any issue’s . I must have spent around £2k with Clarkes over the last 12 months if I was getting poor service I would not be going back all the time . Also would not be having lessons with John . Thanks Clarkes Golf I feel you’ve got a great team whom give great service.

The customer service received from Clarkes golf has been exceptionally poor. I spent £1000 with Clarkes in March 2021 on a top of the range M-Tech electric trolley with 36+ extended battery and Motocaddy accessory pack. The trolley was defective in a number of respects. It was only after several rounds of correspondence over many weeks that Clarkes finally agreed to replace the trolley. Terrible customer service. Clarkes then asked me to return the trolley to them via DPD, instead of collecting it. Awful service. Finding a box big/ strong enough to take the weight of the trolley was difficult. My wife had to drop the trolley off at a Bargain Booze. What? The defective trolley was then mistakenly returned to me via DPD. Mistakes happen. It took several days for Clarkes to confirm the error whereupon my wife had to take the trolley back to Bargain Booze! Disgraceful customer service. Several weeks later, I had to chase Clarkes for an update as to the replacement trolley, as it was now 9 months since the date of purchase. Clarkes responded to say that the M-Tech trolley I had purchased had since been discontinued and that I WOULD HAVE TO PAY A SUPPLEMENT OF £150 FOR THE LATEST M-TECH TROLLEY before they would send a replacement. A quite staggering position for Clarkes to adopt given the events of the previous 10 months. Despite me emailing and speaking with a manager at Clarkes (Sue) to express my dissatisfaction, Clarkes would not reconsider. American Golf or any other credible golf supplier would not treat its customers in this shocking way. I will never use Clarkes again and anybody out there considering doing so should be extremely wary. Go to a reputable supplier of golf equipment instead.

An excellent 5 Star service from Kenny in store who took time to explain in a polite manner the benefits over the phone of the Footjoy Boa shoes to me which i then purchased. A great service and great price too, i will be back for other golfing gear.

Golf shoes ordered were much cheaper than anywhere else. Only took a couple of days to be delivered to Northern Ireland. Delivery free unlike other places who wanted to charge 15 pounds.

Highly recommended and brilliant service.

Ordered a pair of Callaway golf shoes on Wednesday morning delivered next day with there free delivery method dpd perfect would definitely use again and recomend also the shoes were £10 cheaper than anywhere else I could find online thanks Davie
