My family and I were well looked after by Nico and Roshni!!
Roshni talked through different car options with us and gave us lots of information. She answered our questions and queries promptly. She was friendly, polite and looked after us during our meetings. Both Nico and Roshni had fab customer service. I felt like a valued customer and will gladly recommend them to friends and family.

Always a great service. Wayne was very supportive with the questions I had and made the full process easy. Dropping my car off and picking it up was quick and simple. I always appreciate the complementary car wash and vacuum as well!

Hugh explained everyting that had been done,also made some very helpful suggestions so very happy with the service .Oh and plenty of free coffee while you wait!

Great staff, all doing their best to give a high level of service. What I would say to their management or their managements management (however high you have to go!) is that the IT system they are using is clearly not fit for purpose. Someone needs to make a call on an upgrade or quicker upgrade! I had issues with my service booking which I only found out when I arrived because of a system error. When I went to pick up the vehicle I could hear similar issues happening. Please sort it out! The staff are competent but the system they work in clearly isn’t!

I recently bought a new car from Citigate St Albans and was delighted at how professional, friendly and efficient the process was.
