This is a great gym with an awesome environment. Although it can get pretty busy at certain times but there is plenty of space to get your workout in. Equipment wise it covers the basics, however if we could get another Chest Fly & a Pendulum squat would be great

The instructors are great. It would be good if they had more control over the temperature of the room.

Really friendly staff and very helpful, so much so that I find myself yapping more than working out sometimes. Working out changed my life, and even better when your doing it with people you like

Really lovely and friendly staff … especially Shana and Nadine. Great gym facilities and a loving the wellness chairs after a workout.
Ice baths would be flipping awesome to get in but I know that is a lot of hassle. Maybe a seperate place on the Kapiti coast that specialises in cold/hot water therapy. That’s would be very popular

Petone CityFitness is the cleanest gym I have been to in a long time as well as it has a weight belt for weighted dips and pull ups

Went to a packed Fight Premiere class this morning in Lyall Bay - IT WAS OFF THE HOOK! Sarah and Manja were awesome and really brought the energy, the whole room was pumping!!!!

All of instructors are amazing. encourage you to reach healthy routine and make classes more enjoyable.

friendly staff
Group exercise classes need to be promoted more as not everyone uses the cityfitness ap.
Too many young kids work out together at peak times they hog the equipment.
It would be beneficial if we have a hack squat machine

Cityfitness wigram is a wonderful facility. I've been going there for years now. My favorite PT there is Michael Bredenhann.

The team has always been nice and kind. Ben is such a lovely guy, always smiling and bringing the good vibes here.

Joined Simplicity Kakano when it first opened last year. After over a year of going to the gym three times a week I have never had any problems or complaints whatsoever. The staff are all lovely and incredibly helpful, the whole gym is always kept immaculate and I’ve never seen a machine out of order any longer than a day. The well-being/recovery area was a great addition too and location in Westgate is ideal. All in all couldn’t ask for more!

Friendly staff, who are welcoming.
Great layout and nice to go without all the "gym boys".
Amazing PT Mikayla pushes you but knows your limits always encouraging but makes sure you are pushing yourself enough to get those results.

If I could rate Lyall Bay more than 5 stars I would! I’ve been going to classes for four years, my favourite being Group Fight on a Saturday morning with Sarah! Love being part of the group energy and Sarah makes the class fun whilst not compromising on technique (I’ve definitely improved!). Big thanks to Sarah and all the hardworking peeps at Lyall!
