Worst agency. Stay away from them. They never pick the phones even after 3 voice messages. Exorbitant and hidden penalties , processing fees. No response from them once the ticket is paid for.

Worst agency I’ve ever worked so far! I. This COVID situation, my flight got canceled. I called Lufthansa directly and they are saying I should get a refund but I need to work with citiair since I booked with them. I called citiair at least 10 times, either they are rudely saying they can’t help or they are not picking up. I’m stuck now ! Stay away from them!

This company, Citiairtravel.com, has repeatedly displayed a total lack of of customer care or concerns for their customers, me included. As an active consumer, I strongly advise that you avoid patronizing Citiair, before enlisting any of their travel services. You have been warned.

I had been booking with this company for several years and never had issues until the most recent one. I never had to call them after tickets were booked but this time I had the worst experience dealing with some agents like Archana Perumal, who have absolutely no sense of any customer service extremely rude. I am NEVER going to recommend this company or book with them again. I am posting this on Facebook as well & as many platforms possible

DO NOT BOOK FROM CitiAir Travel. They really beat you with complexity. I wish there will be an option to choose negative Star.

They have not sense of responsibility after the book a ticket for you and get money.

The customer support person don’t understand your request.

They are worth less and waste of time.

I'm booking the tickets from Citi Air past 7 Years and until now I didnt had any issue, recently I had to adjust the ticket dates and they gave hell of time, I would not recommend booking the tickets with them.

I recently purchased tickets from Citiair travels. One of the worst ever travels I met. Their service is not at all worth enough for the money we are paying.

Once you booked the tickets and sent money, that's it they wont even care about your travel.

I travelled with my son 7 yrs old, I really felt the pain in my as s going through with citiair.

better find some good travel agent or book your tickets directly in airlines.

I can only use Foul language to describe CITI AIR Travel.I had a very bad experience with this fraud company,who says they mention fake information and clauses on website like other agency do.

There is a very rude supervisor BHARATHI not sure if that is a true identity ,who was very rude in responding.My flights are cancelled at the last minute and they were not even responsible in choosing the alternate flight.

if you book the tickets with CITIAIR travel you will be the end sufferer.This Agency is not fit to maintain company standards.

It is a utter crap and the Manager or supervisor BHARATHI is a complete nonsense.

They are cheat in this business with full of lies. They will say beat the price and give cashback but they won't beat price and they delay booking so price go up. They come back with lies saying we will offer better service so no change in fees but will give cash back without beating price. They won't give cash back also. I have all proof they are cheat in this business. Once payment is debited they won't answer calls suddenly your person who calling every 5 mins will be busy some other person will answer

Always better to go with trusted sites or direct airlines then this cheat agents

I never knew about CitiAir Travels before 2019. When I though of booking tickets for my travel after 4 1/2 years to India, My friend suggested CitiAirTravels to me. I booked tickets for my family with cheaper rate than none of the other air ticketing websites. After a month of booking the tickets, I found there was name issue in my kids tickets. I used to bother the travel agents like anything daily. But they were very patient especially Archana. They were trying as much as possible to fix the issue. Finally I was talking to Bharathi, the person who knows how to tackle the customers. She was very pleasing and answered all my questions politely. Awesome Bharathi mam, finally you did it with minimum amount of name change penalty. I though of changing the dates and that might have cost me a lot. Thank you Bharathi Mam, Archana and team (Sesha, Naga, Bhanu..might be I forget a few names). I will refer Citi Air Travel to all my colleagues here and you guys deserve it.

Seems all the guys working over there are really jerks. Paul is one who does not know how to talk to a customer. Go get a training kid.
On the other hand there is a guy who kind of did multi tasking and did multiple false transaction on my card, realized and reverted the charges. 2 stars are taken away by them. Why only 2... because of good experience:
Other side there are couple of ladies I interacted for ticket booking and for false transaction. They are very gentle, polite & hardworking. They have inbuilt talent, unlike the guys. Citiair must provide training to all the guys before deploying to work.

I booked tickets through citiair couple of times. Had great experience with them. I would recommend to others.

I have been using Citiair for almost all of my
Travel needs for the past couple of Years. Not only do they have the best customer service, they make the whole ticket booking process extremely easy! I recently worked with Thiru while booking my
Tickets for a trip to Europe. I literally changed my plans Atleast 3 or 4 times within an hour, and he was so patient in helping me find the best possible deal. Needless to say, I will be only using Citiair goin forward, but also I want to give a shoutout to Thiru! He was awesome, thanks Thiru and Citiair!

Beware! Think 1000 times before making any booking with this agency. It used to be good but now, its literally NIGHTMARE.

I like to share my personal and very horrible experience. I had booked 3 return tickets to India on 20-April for 15-June travel from Emirates airline. I made a call to airline 13-June (2 days before to fly) to reserve my seats. And, I was shocked when I understood that my departure tickets are cancelled on 22-April itself. I was on call with Airline for whole night to find out the reason of cancellation and as Airline explained, It was clear fault of CITIAIR as required information for booking was not shared with airline by Citiair on time. One of the junior agent of citiair accepted it, too as he forgot, he should not accept it. I reached out to CITIAIR to resolve this issue ASAP but they stopped picking my call after making this blunder. I spent 2 whole sleepless night before travel because of this unprofessional people. Agents are very rude, specially Prabha.

I wish, I would give them negative rating.

This entire pocess absolutely sucks. They make you feel like you are committing a crime booking tickets from them. I have no idea why no body will get upset with this entire process. They send you a verification form , you sign your life to the company ( almost) and then give the front and the back of the card. There is no guarantee that this information will not be stolen ( other than the mag strip they have everything else).

You need to send them pictures of the card. They also put a charge and then they want you to confirm that the charge they made is correct. Wasting time

Had Thiru working with me. Was very patient and his intent to find me a cheaper ticket was so awesome. He would give me a call and tell me which dates the tickets are low and also help me to check with my family and blocks the tickets until then. He is one guy who is always active and gets my tickets booked for the cheapest price.

Booked ticket with them this morning the service was good. Had one agent always working with me till i get my final confirmation with itinerary.. Overall very pleasant and good experience..
