They are just a scam please don't book via them if you need peace of mind and good service. They have only caused pain in our travel experience, they will not pick up the call or respond when you want to cancel the ticket and then they will talk nonsense if you ask for explanation.

Complete ripoff, better to book direct with airlines.

Very worst travel agency. They swindle money of customers. I regret doing business with these folks. Lost my hard earned money

Book through airlines,but not with citiairs. I booked a ticket from Charlotte to hyd(round trip) , while going back the ticket is like (Hyd -->boston and boston to Charlotte). SOmehow the domestic flights has been cancelled from Boston to Charlotte. And citiairs saying they cannot do anything now. I wish I would have booked the tickets directly with Emirates and Emirates would have do something to me.

A couple of week back, I booked a ticket from Chicago to Chennai. Paul Ch was very helpful to book the ticket and change my ticket quickly for return ticket. I have been using the Citiair for my travel. Thanks to their team and I will recommend my friends to use citiair service for future travel.

I would give zero stars if there is an option. They booked a round trip air india ticket, took credit card details and charged me twice. When I raised this- they refunded extra payment and messed up ticket. So I ended up paying for round trip, and after my one way travel was done I tried to reach out airlines for re-scheduling. Thats when I knew my ticket is suspended and I need to book another ticket for my return. When emailed to follow up- apparently there was no response. So they suck your money and you dont even get to travel. Be aware of this fraud travel agency and never book with them.

AVOID CITIAIRV TRAVEL..Worst Customer service.

I have been a long term customer and booked close to 10 trips.But this time while I was trying to do a ticket date change, I was following for almost 30-45 days. Till now issue is not dolved.

Per Lufthansa policy,this return ticket need to be booked before Jan-31-21 else it will be cancelled. Since Dec-05-21,I was following withe Citiair agents with emails and multiple phone calls.Today it's Jan-27 and just 1 more weekday left to book the ticket.
I am having sleepless night here and staying awake waiting for their call.

Run Run Run...DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!! I would give them negative stars if I could. They are absolutely the worst travel agency I have ever had to deal with. I needed to reschedule my flight due to emergency and they tried to charge me extra penalties saying the airlines was charging them. I spoke to 10 different agents of the airlines who said they charge 0 in fees and even put an agent from CitiAir and the airlines’ representative on conference call who told the CitiAir guy that they do not charge those fees. The CitiAir guys still were adamant about charging those fees and claimed that the airlines’ agents didn’t know what they were talking about. To be clear, the CitiAir agent said that he knew better than the representative of the airlines about their fare rules and penalties. They are completely deluded and do not have an ounce of respect for their customers. They make up random fare rules and try to loot your money. I would run as far as possible from this company. You will have much more peace of mind booking directly through the Airlines.

I believed and was booking my tickets for last 5 years Wirh these guys. During covid time i got to know the clearly its a fraud company.

To apply refund/ cancelation due to covid ( flight itself cancelled) they charged additional $25 as processing fee. But no one have minimum ethics to update what's the status.

Do not book using citiair.

When i send email also no reply.

I bought 2 tickets from CitiAir for the mid of 2020 and it got cancelled due to Covid. They have issued me a PNR which is valid for 2 years and while i was trying to utilize the existing PNR to reissue a new ticket they are asking me to pay 40% additional money.

When i directly checked with the airlines they are saying there is no additional fee requested for the re-issue of the ticket but CitiAir is trying to loot this money from me.

On top of the extra money, i also had depression with the long conversions and wait period with them to check the status for at least 2 days.

I strongly recommend to book your tickets directly the Airline instead of going through agents like CitiAir.

I wish to give them 0 Rating; Been their customer for years now, but they showes their True colors during this Pandemic...when they should be more helpful...But they decided to start Looting people based on this!!!
We Travelled to India in Jan and Purchased Tickets in October and Date changed in Feb, Just before Lockdown. we already spent huge amount in returning back through Vande Bharat. And my Nightmare started when i started enquiring about Refund, they said i would get back 40-45% and full refund for Date change. When i got my refund i was awestruck as they returned only 25% and no refund for fare difference. After Multiple calls since July....now their team is trying to explain me.

This Company is FRAUDdDDDDDDDDDDDDD...Stay Away...Better purchase through airline if we have to spend little more as they are tranparent in events like these and our lifes would be easier.

I Generally do not Rate unless its really Needed and i had to do this.

Same experience as other customers. $690.00 date change fee charged for 2 tickets with penalty of $500.00 and rest are ticket price changes. Due to Covid-19 the flights got cancelled and I contacted Singapore airlines to refund the penalty plus price difference, they agreed but these guys refused and they didn't put a request for refunding the penalty and price difference.

I have been a customer with them for many years, this year I have decided that this is final transaction with them.

Horrible COVID 19 response - Don’t go with Citiair. We have been their customers for the past 5 years. We booked tickets for our parents to travel on March 26th from India to US. Since there were fears of COVID affecting the elderly people in Feb, we wanted to change dates to June mid and we contacted CitiAir and they charged $500 change fee. Now the June tickets also got canceled due to lockdown. Emirates said that we can keep them as open tickets to travel anytime for the same ticket within 24 months. But since we booked through citiAir, CitiAir can only control our ticket changes. Now CitiAir is charging price difference for open tickets which is unfair. Even after requesting that we already paid the change fees they are not willing to wave price difference for open tickets which Emirates is offering if we book with them directly. For refunds they say we have to wait for around 2 months. Worst customer service and greedy policies. Trying to loot money even in during pandemic. Don’t book through CitiAir.

Very very bad customer care service. We booked tickets to India in Feb’20 to travel in June. But flight were canceled by airlines due to COVID-19 situation. But Citiair is not ready to give money refund even we are entitled for full refund. And giving all nonsense reasons. I am thinking for ways to file a complaint like consumers protection cell. I will never ever buy tickets from CitiAir at all, the same will be done from my friends.

One of the worst travel sites to use specially for there service. I have been trying to get ahold of someone or get my refund due to flight cancellation because of coronavirus but for months I haven’t been helped or taken care of. My flight was bookEd in December fOr A flight on April 1st and I been dealing with getting my refund for It since February. Very Disappointed and very pissed at the same time.

Customer Service is worst. They haven't refunded after canceling the tickets . I had enough following up and they are not reachable on phone or e-mail. They don't respond back.. PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE CITIAIR.

Worst customer service. I have been their customer from past 4 years. Booked almost every year. But their response to COVID cancellation is worst. My sincere recommendation is never ever book any ticket with them.
