on the 5th of march 2016 cinemaden took $53 dollars from my back and two days later the took $52 from my bank only today the 21/04/16 have i even heard of this stupid website so somehow the have take over 100 dollars from my bank i dont care about getting a refund i just
1 want them to stop taking money that doesnt belong to them and thinking thats its ok and
2 to stop people from sighing up and to make people see that they take money from people even thoughs who havent even heard from them or signed up for there stupid website

I have a charge of $39.95 on my bank statement from cinemaden on 8/28/15. i want this charge refunded to my account as soon as possible. i never agreed to this bill.

If i don't receive this refund, the only choice you have is to contact the BBB and/or attorney general

I've never heard of this company until today when I tried to pay one of my bills which was declined, around the same time I recieved a text from my bank asking me to verify recent activity on my account, cinemaden had taken an unauthorised sum of £24.95 out of my account which has led to my bank card being cancelled !!! I'm extremely pi***d off to say the least! Avoid at all cost

We had never even heard of this company but my husband's card was charged $1.00...then a few days later the card was charged again for $7.95. After my husband and I argued about it, he called his credit card company to report the fraudulent charges and had to get a whole new card. Sad part is we never signed up for anything because we had never heard of them before but was charged anyway..how they got his card number in the first place is beyond me. AVOID CINEMADEN AT ALL COST!!!

I enrolled for a free trial, and without my consent, was made into a Premium account holder. I went from being charged 1.19 for activating the account which was in itself a hidden cost, to being charged $49.98 which makes absolutely no sense for many reasons. Their practices are unfair and I strongly suggest you stay away from them. I have myself reported them to the proper agencies.

These thieves need some bad karma! They advertised the movie I wanted so I signed up for free,they didn't have it so tried emailing(no response) to cancel, got charged au$50.00 after 10 days.Theiving pigs!!

COMPANIES LIKE THIS ROB AMERICA AND THE PEOPLE INTO THE MILLIONS IF NOT BILLIONS OF DOLLARS COLLECTIVELY EACH MONTH. ITS OUR RESPONSIBILITIES TO REMOVE THEM FROM FUTURE PEOPLE LOOSING WEALTH FROM THEIR ESTATES. ITS THE GOVERNMENT DUTY TO PROSECUTE ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE BEIGN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF, THERE IS THE FTC AND THE FCC THAT NEEDS TO HEAR ALL OF YOUR COMPLAINTS COLLECTIVELY.

The monthly fee is outrageous, not only that, if you download the video player it fills your computer with load of intrusive crap and they don't even have the movies they claim to have.

Joined up, through solar movies (also dodgy waste of time) .... Should have read reviews first. Would not accept my police credit union Visa card. Had to use MasterCard, then it wouldn't log me in saying my password or email incorrect. Then emailed twice for password said sent.. Never received it. Decided then to delete account have been charged $1.07 for canceling an account I had for 20 minutes and every time in that 20 mins I tried to stream the movie through solar movies it said "oops you have to open a free account to stream" so hit the button which is how I got cinemaden.... But every time after that they put a different name up with same details. I feel soooo stupid! If they take one more cent off me look out.

I cancelled my membership and had it confirmed over twelve months ago. I am doing my annual accounts today and have discovered they have continued to charge my cards - this is THEFT

Free site - NO way!!! Didn't see the part about being charged after 5 days. Never saw one movie! Then a charge appeared on my MasterCard statement. REALLY! Great scam because they can get away with it. You'd think they'd want happy customers. Obviously NOT!!! No more signing up for FREE sites.

i think what is sad is these guys actually think there is only a FEW bad reviews.. they are ALL bad.

I wrote them and told them I couldn't print the confirmation page and I didn't want to be a member if I had no proof, so they said they would discontinue my membership instead of helping me confirm. Supposedly the money was given back and then I saw a charge for $1.00 in addition to the $2.95, and then the next day another $1.00 was taken out. So I replied to their email that said I had been cancelled and my email bounced back to me. I wrote again and said I was going to report them to the attorney generals office. and then the $2.95 came back to me but the $1.00 charge remained. I wasn't even able to browse the site. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE

I've tried numerous times to cancel my membership starting in the first 5 minutes after signing up, but never received a confirmation email. I still get charged every month!

The selection is poor.
CinemaDen Support is poor.
a.)I've tried to cancel a dozen times, I never get an confirmation email so it will terminate charges.
b.) I've emailed multiple times asking them to cancel my account for me. NO RESPONSE.

Obviously a scam because any REAL business would have better ratings than everything I've seen, and much better support...

I was trying to watch series online when I was lead to think that I had to sign up for this side to see the series. As I assumed that the free membership would allow me to see series for free in a half good quality, I accepted to typing in my card info and picking the 'pay per view' rather than the free (and boy am I happy about that one at least).
As I find out that I have signed up for the wrong side, I of course want to cancel my account, or at least remove my card from it. But none of those things were possible using the normal account options and I honestly don't feel good about my card being locked to a side which I have no intention to use.
I feel tricked and I send them an email not long ago, telling them politely that it was a mistake and that I don't find it proper that I should pay to have free account cancelled. I know it isn't a lot of money, but I still find it distasteful and wrong. I really wish I could give this site negative starts....

Cinemaden is a complete scam!!! The monthly fee is outrageous and the selection of films is poor at best. You`ll be charged a 0.99 admin fee to cancel. How the employees of this company can live with themselves is beyond me. Use Netflix and stay away from Cinemaden!

I agree they are a scam. I am still trying to get my money back. Even though I have cancelled twice via their email service (and obviously I have as I can't sign in) they have continued to charge me for three months. I cancelled within 20 minutes of signing up after I noticed how poor their selection of movies are. Unfortunately I'm still waiting to hear from them and am considering approaching an ombudsman.
