I have used FLIZGRAB for a while now and it's a great application for downloading from netflix but it has a very serious issue with customer support, if you buy 1 year license be sure you might use it for only 3 months and your license will expire, and when i send email regarding that i never get any response from them, well i took the my first experience as maybe system error, recently i bought the 3 months subscription just after 30 days of activation, it is showing license has expired, and now required i buy another license, this time i have send them email again hopefully they will respond if not i will suggest everyone stay from their application

I have windows 11. $59.99 charged for 1 yr. subscription through Microsoft. Received a "No reply" email receipt of transaction. No license # given. No log in or password offered after purchase. Phone number on posted transaction is disconnected. No way to access support on their website. Product doesn't work. BEWARE.

Per i primi mesi tutto ok poi improvvisamente ad Aprile con aggiornamento software password bloccata. Non si riesce a fare il reset e non rispondo alle numerose mail inviate sia tramite il form presente sul sito sia tramite la mail. Oggi ho anche richiesto rimborso per disservizio. Il pagamento è stato fatto anticipato per 1 anno.

No funciona en ninguna opción ni Netflix, ni Primevideo, ni Disney, etc.
lo malo es que ni ellos saben porqué, solución que te dan, vuelve a pagar
y vale una pasta anual.
En fin¡ muy poco saben lo que llevan entre mano.

Program nie działa od około 3-4 miesięcy zero odp na wysłane wiadomosci kiedy naprawią skończyła mi sie teraz licencja i maja wywalone odradzam zakup tego programu oszusci i nic więcej.

Purtroppo, il programma è degradato nel tempo e non funzionava regolarmente.
Inoltre, il team di supporto rispondeva con "Ha provato a reinstallare?" "Ah, si lo sappiamo, stiamo cercando una soluzione." Nel frattempo, i soldi li volevano anticipati.

Flixgrab no longer downloads any files from any site. As a test I downloaded the individual fite downloaders and tried them and none of them will download any files. I have created a number of bug reports that have never been responded to. Their fixall of deleting account info and uninstalling/reinstalling has no effect on the problem. Don't waste your money on this one. They also don't give refunds.

Depuis novembre 2023 que Jai actete ce logiciel et il N'a jamais fontionne. J'ai ecris plusieurs fois pas de reponses et ni de mises a jour. Mais ils ont bien accepte mon argent. Tres malhonnete. Depuis 2 ou 3ans que je l'achete mais cette fois ci c'est le pire des cas. Plus JAMAIS. Je ne le recommande a personne.

THIS APPLICATION USED TO BE GOOD HOWEVER THEY RECENTLY PUSHED OUT UPDATES TO THE SOFTWARE THAT MAKE IT ONLY USABLE ON OPERATING SYSTEMS OTHER THAN WINDOWS 7. I LITERALLY NOW HAVE TO PURCHASE ANOTHER COMPUTER IN ORDER TO USE IT.

WITH THE RECENT UPDATE TO NETFLIX AND FLIXGRABS UPDATE TO COUNTER SEEMS WE CAN ONLY DOWNLOAD 720P AND THEY ARE TO LAZY TO FIX. THESE GUYS ARE A WAST OF TIME. ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY.

I purchased 1 year license for the All Video downloader where you can download from AMAZON PRIME VIDEO, NETFLIX AND HULU from FLIXGRAB. It was working fine until lately. Error was
" VIDEO CAN'T BE PARSED ". I have sent a request 4 times already to Tech support to fix it. You will receive an automatic reply like this " We have received your request and are working its solution, within 72 hours you will received a response ". I never got a response at all from those 4 request. It's been over a month and still not working. I requested a refund and was not also attended. Do not purchased this app at all. Terrible Tech Support. No support at all. I wouldn't recommend it.

FlixGrab, j’ai acheté deux licences à cette société. Récemment j’ai dû réinitialiser mon PC.
J’ai réinstallé FlixGrab et mon code n’a pas fonctionné, alors que je l’ai acheté.
J’ai écrit au support et mon répondu qu’il n’avait pas assez d’informations a mon sujet !
J’ai de nouveau écrit et envoyé mes infos, avec la date d’achat et mon code d’activation. Rien n’y fait, c’est toujours le même message que je reçois. À fuir absolument ces gens sont malhonnêtes.

Used to be a good application but they are just to lazy to keep up with the times. Recently purchased a new 1 year license and after activating it could only download videos in 540p, couldnt download 720 or 1080. Contacted them, said it was a known issue and they would update it in a couple days. Well they updated it and yeah I could now choose to download 1080 but when I click on download the application shut down and wouldnt download the video. Contacted them again and they went through the bs of clear temp files etc out then wanted video of me clicking on the download button and the application shutting down. REALLY, I LITTERALLY TOLD YOU WHAT WAS HAPPENING BUT THEY WANTED A VIDEO OF IT. I am not going to play these games. Will be filing claim with credit card company and get my money back. STAY AWAY THERE ARE BETTER APPLICATIONS OUT THERE THAN FLIXGRAB!

Too slow app and crash every 3 files

Geweldig goede app die voor veel dingen kunt gebruiken! Wat alleen jammer is, is dat je na de laatste update de eerste 3 minuten kunt downloaden waardoor je nu alleen nog maar de eerste 3 minuten kunt kijken.

Good program (when it works) however, for the price they want, it's way too high. I tried the trial a ways back and I just checked, it's still outrageous. I'll stick to recording things myself until someone gets something comparable at a decent price. Bye-bye Flixgrab - you greedy guys, no money from me.
Also just installed FlixPal - seems to be a better program however it too is way to expensive to even consider purchasing.

Deze software heb ik getest en in standaardkwaliteit is deze beperkt tot 3 minuten bij de gratis te downloaden versie. Ook ondertiteling is niet mogelijk. Als men meer mogelijkheden wil moet men een key aanschaffen. Hetgeen ik wel heb kunnen zien is dat de software goed werkt. Ik zou deze gebruiken om als ik op reis ben mijn series te kunnen blijven volgen vanaf een usb-stick die dan in een hotel-tv kan geplugd worden. Jammer genoeg laat netflix dit standaard niet toe en het is zonde te betalen als men een maand van huis is plus het buitenland probleem

I write this review after using this app for weeks and the stand alone versions for over a year.
If you want low res grabs, and are prepared to download one at a time and start again every time it crashes, you might get what you want from this and I have successfully downloaded from Amazon Netflix and Disney.
Hi res for them is 720p, forget about 1080p or 4k, you will not get thisfrom Disney + (Edit: just tried a youtube video and they are coming in high res.) You can add a whole bunch of titles to auto download, but it crashes so often you will be simply wasting your time and have to go and grab all the links you want again. This has happened so often for me that I'll only ever paste two links in now to avoid the heartache.
It often crashes for no reason. I've grabbed 15 30 minute shows this morning and have had 5 crashes, and that's about the norm.
If you can put up with the above, you might get soem millage with this, but don't expect a trouble free experience.
For reference I've tried on multiple PC's with both windows 10 and windows 11, and none of my machines crash on any other program and are not doing any other tasks whilst I try and download. I'm now an IBM pensioner with a very long history of tech support - its clear this is poorly coded and the QA is very poor.
