Customer support responsible and helpful
I found their customer support responsible and helpful. It took me 2 weeks to wait for stocking. The customer support contacted me first and gave me a clear time line. When order was ready to dispatch, Customer support arranged it very quickly.

Good service and punctual

Good service and punctual. I bought my Vitra petite potence via Cimmermann. They had a very clear communication and managed my expectations on the lead time. Which is very important for a customer. Please support the small business!

Excellent service

We purchased two pendant lights from Cimmermann. They arrived pretty quickly given the time of the year (around Christmas). Overall an excellent service including communication.

Case Robin Day chair

We placed our first order with Cimmermann after searching for a specific item at the best price. We were a little hesitant as the price was so much better than elsewhere - it almost seemed like there must be a catch. Well, no catch, no compromises, just fantastic value and excellent customer services too. Our queries were answered immediately, the customer service response was friendly, informative and prompt. The delivery arrived in half the time quoted and we were kept updated every step of the way. All in all an excellent experience, which is really important with any purchase but especially when you’re buying something you’ve saved for. Thank you, we will definitely buy from you again once the piggy bank has filled back up 😊.

Incredible service at Cimmermann

Just used Cimmermann for the first time.
Absolutely spectacular from start to finish - best price, fast and kind communication, and finally a white glove delivery ahead of schedule - were all outstanding. Highly recommend it and will most definitely use it again.
