Reliable and Trustworthy

Cigarsmokes has been reliable and trustworthy in the six years I have patronized. The Cuban cigars received have been equally reliable and excellent. The only place I consistently shop.

To date I have not received the cigars that I ordered in 2025All the boxes have been confiscated or returned at customs I have not received the refund I have not received any follow-up on replacing the cigars that have not been delivered could you please check into this and give me an email

yes they sell cigars, but 100% fake Cuba, I bought several kinds of cigars from them,If you are interested, you can contact me. I have very complete and clear comparison photos to confirm that they are all fake Cuban cigars.

The original order literally was of…

The original order literally was of disintegrated cigars. After having to send numerous photos and wait for "quality control" to make a decision, I finally notified my card company of receiving defective merchandise.

Only then were new cigars shipped and after an extended period they have still not arrived!

This could not have been handled worse.

Things go wrong sometimes

Cigar Smokes has great customer service. The very first time I used them, the order went awry--vanished into the mist. However, everyone has things go wrong, how you fix them is what makes the difference. They made things right very quickly, and that is why they get 5 stars. Plus great selection and prices, that is.

I believe this company is affiliated…

I believe this company is affiliated with Swiss Cuban Cigars and they sell fakes Cuban cigars. The ridiculously low prices compared to all legitimated online retailers, among other things, are the telltale sign. Avoid.

Update July 17, 2025

After doing a bit more research, I am 100% confident, Swiss Cuban Cigars (SCC) and Cigar Smokes (CS) are either affiliated or owned by the same company.

The evidence is irrefutable. Unfortunately, Trustpilot doesn't provide for posting images. That would make this so easy for all of us because a picture tells 1000 words and they don't lie (unless they're AI). Therefore, I have to walk you through this simple process. At the end of this revised post, you, too, will come to the same conclusion I did and know both entities are related and selling the same fake products. (For those of you who haven't read my post on SCC, it was confirmed by Habanos SA, their authorized distributors, and retailers that SCC sells fake Cuban cigars.)

So, let's start. Open up a browser for both SCC and CS and put them side-by-side on your laptop, tablet or desktop. The bigger the screen, the better. Immediately, you'll see the templates for both vendors are identical with the list of brands on the left to the top header and bottom header. Other than the image in the center, the only difference is SCC highlights in green and CS highlights in yellow.

Now open the same Cuban brand of your choice on both vendors. It won't make a difference for this demonstration since ALL photos, prices, fonts and order of cigar listing are IDENTICAL on both websites. (except for the yellow and green highlighting). Isn't that interesting? So, despite the claims by CS that there is no relation to SCC the evidence shows otherwise. And given this discovery, it would be very reasonable to assume that CS is selling the same fake Cuban cigars as SCC.

If you're happy buying non-authentic Cuban cigars at what is clearly a ridiculously cheap price compared to reputable dealers, go ahead, but at least you have the truth about what you're buying. Enjoy your Nicaraguan tobacco!

My intelligence sources at Habanos SA informed me that Solo Cigars (SC) is also part of the fake Cuban trio with CS and SCC.

Same story. Line up three browsers next to each other with SC, CS and SCC. Go to any Cuban brand on the left side of the home page and you will see the EXACT same cigars, pictures, and prices for all three websites except SC uses an orange color template.

Habanos SA-the parent company for all Cuban cigars- has unequivocally stated these websites are owned by the same entity using Dominican, and Nicaraguan tobacco; therefore, all their "Cubans" are 100% fake. That's all I need to know. And that's all you need to know, too. Save your money and shop with a reputable supplier. There is a good list on Reddit.
