Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish with Chronofinder UK. I purchased a Rolex entirely online and via WhatsApp after sending an initial enquiry, and the service throughout was exceptional.
Communication was superb — incredibly responsive, helpful and patient, even over the bank holiday weekend! Nothing was too much trouble and every one of my endless questions was answered quickly and honestly.
The watch itself arrived incredibly quickly, very securely packaged, and in absolutely beautiful condition exactly as described.
Genuinely one of the best customer experiences I can remember having. Buying a luxury watch online can feel daunting, but Chronofinder UK made the whole process seamless and reassuring from beginning to end.
I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough and will definitely be a returning customer.

Visited Callum and Lewis last week. They fitted me in for a last-minute appointment, and I’ve got to say the service was excellent. They were welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable, with a great, secure showroom in the heart of Hatton Garden. I’ll definitely use them again and would happily recommend them.
