I have been so very lucky to have, Robyn Copperthwaite, assigned to me. He is always prompt in replying to any queries I may have and is someone I can always rely on. He is highly professional, reliable, genuine, friendly and knowledgable. In essence, he is a great asset to Choices and I very much look forward to continue working with him.

You are saying that the flat was seen in a bad state a flat that was filled with mould all over the walls, the toilet and bathroom needed repairs but nothing was done. Have you forgotten that I lived in the flat for 2 years. Your inspection was coming to the flat for every 3 months to check the state of the flat and there was no indication that the flat was in a bad state. I also had a brand new washing machine which I bought for 400 pounds but to my surprise choices used the washing machine as part of advert for the new tenant the occupied the flat. Are you also saying that am not going to be compensated.

Before the TDS made decision in the matter, this was up to 6 months before I contacted the TDS, if choices is a good agent why haven’t made arrangements for the collection of my deposit.

I know it is an arrangement between the TDS and the landlord not to give back my deposit and this is unfairness.

I need the payment of my washing machine at least the flat was empty without washing machine when I occupied the apartment/flat.

This company attempted to coerce me into increasing my rent hours before receiving keys or they would give it away. Only upon highlighting how this was illegal did they conceded.

In addition they ignore all emails and only contact when they want more money. In my case despite agreeing to an itemised inventory check in. Attempted to keep my deposit for elements that were already broken or missing when I moved in.

Complete con. Worst estate agents for renters, only trying to line the pockets of landlords. They will screw you over

The two agents Millie Lawlor and Jamie Burton who helped me secure my new studio were fantastic – professional, polite, and always quick to respond. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’m really grateful for their support and would highly recommend them!
