CHK Mountford Omdömen

Ryan and the team were outstanding. Extremely professional and very quickly got a grasp of what we were looking for. We are really happy with the place Ryan found for us and we wouldn't have been able to find anywhere near as nice as we have without them.

We have been using mountford for letting our flats almost since they started. All the staff from the early days through to now have been consistently professional, helpful, and friendly. They have consistently found us good reliable tenants through their thorough vetting process. Everyone I have dealt with over the years have always been friendly and informative, can't fault any of them.

Ryan Letch is absolutely brilliant. He has supported us with managing our properties and finding tenants for many, many years, and we couldn’t recommend him more highly. He consistently secures excellent tenants for us and is always incredibly helpful, professional, and clear in his communication. Nothing is ever too much trouble and he always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Ryan is always reassuring and proactive, which makes the whole process straightforward and stress free. We would highly recommend Ryan Letch and the team at CHK Mountford.

Jessica and Ryan are fantastic. Very understanding, helpful and professional. They were really supportive and helpful with our move and I could not recommend them highly enough. Jessica was always proactive. Excellent communication throughout our move. A great listener with common sense and practical help and advice throughout. She was excellent and I couldn't recommend Mountford's more because of her in particularly, but also Ryan as well. Thank you! Keep up the hard work and effort, it is really appreciated and pays off.

I recently engaged Jessica in my search for a new rental property and I was both amazed and surprised at the level of service provided. Jessica spent the time with me to get to know my priorities and only spoke to me about genuinely suitable properties. Ultimately we were very pleased with our decision to rent through CHK Mountford and look forward to a long and fruitful tenancy.

I have been using CHK Mountford’s full management service to manage eight studio flats for the past seven years. They have been absolutely brilliant. Void periods have been almost non-existent and the studios have been well maintained and looked after. I was particularly impressed with the way CHK dealt with the insurers and the tenants following a significant water leak, keeping costs and disruption to a minimum. They have also
been really helpful to make sure I abide and keep up to date with the ever-changing regulatory landscape. In short, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I can’t recommend CHK Mountford highly enough, especially Jessica and Ryan for their outstanding support in finding me a home during an extremely stressful time. They took time to understand my situation and worked hard to find me a new home that suited my needs. Communication was excellent, I was kept in the loop with all updates and any queries I had were responded to promptly. I’m incredibly grateful for everything they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using them to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate estate agent.

We are frequently using Chk Mountford for rentals and would highly recommend them.
