I won money ive never had a problems before but i cant login to the site why !

Bad experience . They take your money with out explain why

Stay away, worst customer service ever!!!

Make sure you enter the codes as uppercase, or you will not qualify for the promotion.

I entered the code "Weekend" to be told it has to be uppercase as per T&Cs. As I didnt, and didnt realise it had to be entered in uppercase, I was told I could not get the bonus.

Yes I should of read the T&Cs, but surely this bonus could have been added the one time, then for future I would of known.

So for not giving me the bonus, they have now lost my custom.

Dodgy as!! I paid my deposit and it was paid into my account. Later I tried to login but my details were incorrect. Through live chat I was first told the computer had misspelt it???
Then they were closing the conversation as I wasn’t responding!!!
Then basically tough shit!!
I asked at least 6 times what the company name was and they would not answer!!
Don’t touch with a barge pole! SCAM SCAM SCAM
I tried to put a complaint in with the gambling commission and the company can not be traced.

I played a while ago won a large sum of money have been told that I have broke a term and condition they offered to pay me back what I deposited which I never agreed to but they paid it anyway to me.

I have now give it a second go and now my account is under review again and now i more than likely loose this money to

Total of £3030 will be lost solicitors are not happy and will be perusing it court now if this ends like the last time it happened.

Recently updated but has the re register and get sign up bonus which it didn't give me. Won't give bonus becuase i have claimed more than 5 even though they have an endless number of sites. Have re branded jazzy spins and emailed me 4 times in a day to do the same thing. Not falling for this again. Always updating and messing around with thier sites for some reason.

i have won a large amount of money and they asked for id which i sent spoke to them on chat and this went on for days emails no response and then the blocked me and have not paid my money STAY AWAY terrible service con artists

So looking at other reviews same problem as soon as you try to withdraw account blocked. I am also going to take out ccj to get my money back. This broadway gaming now own all bingo sites just different nsne was 888 before. Have been researching all the companies and lack of transparency. I have uploaded documents umpteen times so load of codswallop about verification. Was a member of one of the sites they now run for over 15 years and had same problem. They seem to think they do not have to answer to anybody but they were fined under 888 for exactly same reasons. Appalling way to treat customers. Yes we stupid to gamble and that way treated. Make sure you check the list of bingo sites that are same company. It’s very worrying.

I responded to an email promising a first class bingo/gaming experience with ChitChat Bingo. I registered and used my £2 reward playing various slots. Surprisingly, I won a few games and after meeting the wagering requirements I decided to withdraw some of my winnings. After 24 hours of nothing happening, I checked my emails then tried to login to my account... Account blocked. Dubious.

I've emailed every day since ChitChat Bingo blocked my account, I've also tried to get support through their online chat. The chat support is there but they don't provide any support, just the same scripted nonsense about their "security team looking into my account".

I cannot express how strongly I discourage anyone thinking of falling for their emails, promising bonuses and excellent gameplay. DO NOT REGISTER WITH THEM. You literally cannot withdraw your winnings. As soon as you request a withdrawal of funds, they restrict access to your account and then ignore you.

I'm tempted to take a trip to their office in Dublin to say hi.

I written a review a few weeks ago it wasn't a very nice one but i absolutely love this site had no problems sice i verified all my details and i win all te time highly recommended

Closed my account 61 pounds still owing got an email saying it would be paid in 4 days that was 4th July still waiting started county court proceedings against themi
I'd advise anyone else to do the same this company is actually stealing money from people and getting away with it

It's good site if you loose money and they will block your account if you win I have account with them and their sites they limit my couple of accounts and block 1 account and kept my money when I ask them to pay my cash balance they refuse because I have had couple of big wins on their site and they didn't like it.
I have seen few people on chat complaining about same issues they limit their accounts or suspend their friends accounts without any reason.
just like any other 888 operated site they will limit your account if you win on their site for few times, all the sites under 888 limit or block your accounts if they see you winning on few occasions they dont want winners they want people who just loose .
they limit my account so i can't use any bonus or take part in promotions because they say I mostly deposit using promotion codes,
they will send you deposit codes everyday and if you don't play for few days you'll get get bigger deposit offers to make you play again and when you deposit few time using offers and win they will block or limit your account because you win.
