Friendly technician arrived promptly, solved chip issue leaving screen almost good as new

He was a very nice man very helpful and very quick

I contacted this company to replace my damaged windscreen. The guy I spoke to, Anthony, sounded very convincing and I decided to go with
them. I could not have made a worst decision.
After the windscreen was replaced the next day I noticed it had developed a 30 CMS fracture in the driver side lower corner of the glass. I reported this fault to the company and they reassured me that they would replace the faulty windscreen. They asked me to bring the car to their workshop in Basildon so that they could take pictures of the damaged windscreen and take it up with their supplier. This was the start of my nightmare. They kept on saying they are having issues and would change the glass within a few days. I was having to call them on a daily basis to get an update but I was constantly fobbed off. This carried on for best of two months. My MOT expired and was left with no option but having to fork out money for a new windshield.
These people are ruthless and have no empathy or the slightest care for their customers. They are just interested in taking your money and God forbid if you run into any difficulty once the job is completed.
Please AVOID this company and don't suffer the same fate that I have.
I have never ever experienced such callous behaviour and poor and shoddy after sales customer care. That is saying something as someone who has just turned 60. I feel mugged.

Appalling service. Deposit was paid to fix a rear windscreen. Never turned up and were abusive when complained to.
Not recommended at all and would give zero stars if possible.

Dont give these frauds the time of day. They will take a massive deposit from you then just not bother to turn up. Try challenging them on it you either get sworn at, hung up on or blocked. Id rather drive around with bin bags for windows than give these clowns my money.

Polite, friendly and very helpful. I had a screen change done with zero hassle and at a very reasonable price. Couldn't be happier.

Awful company! AVOID!!! Paid deposit for absolutely nothing. Have now been blocked on Facebook due to them not wanted people seeing what they really are! Have videos of how rude the so called director is. Taken deposit refused to come out or refund. Constant excuses why they hadnt come out over the space of a week! Reported to trading standards and police! Cow boys DO NOT FALL FOR THERE SCAM!!

LETDOWNS! Did not show up when they were supposed to, after contacting them to see whether they would be bothering to show up they were rude and hung up the phone!! I am absolutely disgusted with the way I’ve been treated, paid a deposit in good faith for a replacement window, expecting a professional service. Instead it was a complete nightmare. They’ve arranged multiple dates to come and do the job — and every single time, they’ve failed to show up. No courtesy call, no apology, no explanation. Just silence.

Each time ive rearranged my schedule, took time off work, and waited around for someone who never bothered to turn up. It’s not just inconvenient — it’s downright disrespectful. They’ve wasted my time over and over again, and I’m still left with no window and no idea if they’ll ever actually do the job I paid for.

This isn’t just poor service — it’s a total lack of professionalism and basic decency. Taking someone’s money and then ghosting them is unacceptable. Tried to be patient, but enough is enough. wouldn’t trust this company to install a cat flap, let alone a window.

If you’re thinking of using them — DON’T. Save yourself the stress, the wasted time, and the money. There are plenty of reliable tradespeople out there who actually respect their customers. This lot clearly don’t

When calling reception to request deposit money returned for not receiving services, then get accused of making threats and get hung up on constantly.

DO NOT USE! Awful experience, outraged that a company can be advertising and accepting jobs with a deposit with no intention of completing work!! I was given a swift response and timely action of repairing my windscreen before I paid the deposit, as soon as the deposit was paid and the appointment time was a no show, after calling to ask what was happening and stated a delay with the windscreen, this can happen will arrive in a few days… it’s been consistent fob offs and hanging up the phone, and rude PAS.. probably sat on the sofa eating biscuits with the £80 deposit! no shows!! And still an unrepaired window screen.

Did not deliver the rear window ordered! Was told would come the next day and didnt. Keep rescheduling and wont give my deposit back despite not doing what they said they would do. Absolute Joke! AVOID!!!

Mark was an asset to the team. With a clear time slot, and a phone call nearer the time of his arrival, I was able to plan around the appointment. He was patient, down to earth and efficient.
