Chips Ahoy Windscreens Omdömen 

From the initial phone call to the work on site, Chips Ahoy were clear, helpful and went above and beyond to sort out my windscreen. Brandon was on time, personable and efficient, leaving my car and windscreen clean and ready to go. The fact that coming out to me was part of the price was a key factor in choosing them.

Was assured screen would be fitted the next day (Saturday) as the car was dangerous to use, the time moved from 8-12 to 3pm the fitter rang and said he wasn’t coming and that they are fully booked Monday and Tuesday, called the office and the rude aggressive bloke on the other end said we had cancelled (even though we’d waited in all day) and that the £80 deposit didn’t even cover the cost of the glass and wanted to know what we was going to do about it, I said “nothing, we have had to go elsewhere and you didn’t bother turning up and wouldn’t answer the phone “ they refused to give the deposit back and said they’d ring me back, needless to say they didn’t ring back, so I’ve claimed the money back from the bank and received it - DO NOT USE THEM

Someone smashed my windscreen at 1am Saturday morning, i called the Saturday afternoon when finding out and these guys had it ordered in for Sunday night ready to fit Monday morning 8am … fastest and cheapest quote I received from numerous other companies would highly recommend

Needed a windscreen replacement for a nasty crack and was really pleased with the service. Ordered the windscreen the day before and booked an appointment for the next day. I got there a bit late, but charlie was very helpful and polite, and did a fantastic job in a short time.
They also have a lifetime warranty on the seal which is a nice bonus!

Had my windscreen changed at Basildon by Charlie .
Took about 90 minutes .
He was polite from start to finish and done a great job .
No mess left in the car and no damage done .
Will definitely go back if I need a new windscreen again .

I will to appreciate the excellent job that was done on my car's windscreen by Brandon. He did an excellent job, he gave me specific instructions when I should start driving the car out and when I could wash the car after the windscreen was replaced and fitted which I did follow. The communication between me and the company during the negotiations and time of agreement were perfect, truthful and straightforward. When my windscreen cracked I needed a replacement. I rang Chips Ahoy as my quote from well known repairer was very expensive. Their communication was great throughout and the replacement was£160 cheaper than rivals! Also nice to support a local firm. The technician, Brandon, came to my work to fit the screen. He was polite and efficient. Great service to be recommended.

The windscreen replacement technician Brandon was here when he said he would be and upon arriving promptly got on with replacing my windscreen,
I left him to it and he rang half an hour later to let me know that the job was finished,
He left my van clean with no broken glass anywhere to be found, I found Brandon very polite and courteous,
