Item ordered through their website 'Savoy and Snook', payment taken, zero communication afterwards, chased delivery, told they would speak to the warehouse by 'Frances', then nothing. Total waste of time, if I didn't know it was actually a real business I'd think it was a scam. AVOID.

I have placed two orders with Chinachaps so far and both times I could not be happier with products I received as well as their customer service. With my first order two of the items were not available for immediate shipping, therefore i decided to cancel those two items and picked something else instead - not an issue, great communication and I've received my order fairly quickly. With my second order there was a slight problem with a quality of one of the items. After contacting Chinachaps and providing them with photos, they kindly shipped a replacement item. I truly could not ask for a better customer service.

They happily took my money for items that weren't available. I ordered from this company on 6th December for a Christmas gift as other companies were saying the items I wanted were discontinued and they strung me along latterly saying that they would be with me mid January until on the 22nd January when they eventually refunded my money. Reading other reviews this seems be common. I wonder whether this company is inefficient or something worse.

Beware- item still not received after 3 weeks:( company keeps telling me it’s in transit but never arrives, and they keep ignoring my request for tracking courier details. Have reported to Paypal....... I would NOT recommend them!!

I have the same experience as others.
Ordered a Waterford Christmas 2019 ornament confirmed in stock, with email confirming they would further update on dispatch.
Took the money then advised a slight delay but would be here this week snd would expedite delivery for Christmas.
I followed up as it was available at other providers and was assured they would supply it.
Followed up again this week to be told further 2-3 week delay due to delay in manufacturing however it is available in US Waterford site to order.
No attempt to be helpful and try to get this given its sentimental item fir our daughter who was an angel in a Christmas nativity at her first year at school and this morning just received email saying they have refunded me but at no point offered this when I could have got it elsewhere.
Also I don’t believe it will arrive after manufacturing delay( if that is true) as why would a company make more 2019 items to send in 2020.
Appauling customer service and can’t speak to anyone on the phone to see if they can try to source the available item from the US.

My order in November was temp out of stock, due in early December. It is now the 17th - its a Christmas present, of course - and I have heard nothing from them. There is no response to my emails, and the phone goes nowhere.
I too have paid for the goods.
This is dreadful customer service - well, there is no customer service.
I have to just keep wasting my time trying to get someone at this business to talk to me !

I ordered a Waterford Crystal tankard on November first.Payment has been taken from my account this was confirmed by my bank the item has not arrived I have not received any notification from this company as to why my item has not been sent they are not answering the telephone or emails.This is the worst service or lack of service and I would give NO star if I could C Drinkwater

Ordered a dinner service from this firm on the 2nd October 2019 Express Delivery Still waiting its now 22nd, no corrospondence to my emails, paid through paypal, requesting full refund via paypal. totally useless. (whats the betting they contact me now? lets wait and see.)

I ordered some wine glasses from Chinachaps recently and found their service to be fast and efficient. The prices were very competitive and the goods arrived well packaged.

I have found China Chaps to be very good for prices. The website is easy to navigate. Postage is quick and well packaged. I would highly recommend this company.

Once again Chinachaps have provided an excellent service. The items cam really well packed, and delivered very promptly.

The bowl arrived promptly & well packaged however it was not the pattern I ordered. I didn't get around to sending it back to exchange so have decided to keep it.
