Chicsay.com worst clothing website ever!
Chicsay.com delivered clothing (5 weeks + after ordering) but it is not as described or shown on the website. DO NOT buy. Also there is no way to return the merchandise. I reached out to their ‘contact us’ 4 times requesting an address since there is no return address to send it back to on their website. The email I got back seems to be some bot with an automated reply that does not even address the issue. It tells you to take a picture of the merchandise so they can look into it further. To add insult to injury you can’t reply back, you have to go back to the ‘contact us’ page and create another record where there is no means of even attaching a picture. The bottom line is, if you receive something and you don’t like it, you should not be made to jump through hoops to return it. I still have no means to get rid of these ugly clothes. My final conclusion,
I would give my rating negative stars if I could. Everything about this company sucks from their logistics, merchandise to customer support. DO NOT BUY!!!!
