Major scam artists. After two months of correspondence, the three items I ordered never came, although they claimed one did. I had to put a claim in with PayPal to try and resolve. Complete frauds DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

Chicsay, RomarinBeauty, and now the same Chinese scammers developped two new clones, "Popyoyo.com" (2 months ago) and "Orderlady.com" (one month ago).

I wish I had read these reviews before I foolishly bought from them.
As the others say the quality is disgusting and looks nothing like the picture. Obviously they take the pictures from a magazine Catwalk photo and then try to duplicate the picture - which is hideous! I'm surprised Facebook allows them to sell on their website. Can't get a refund and like the others I have been blocked from advising other poor suckers not to purchase from them. It breaks my heart everytime I see someone purchasing from these Scammers!

This company is a fraud I order 220 dollar I paid a expedited fee and my order never received, I cancelled the order an until now they bever refund, I do not recommed this company dont order nothing with them.

This is confirmed an online scam! They have rebranded themselves as Comilia but guess what - go have a look at Romarinbeauty and Bioinner websites and they all have the similar website layouts and descriptions! Even similar images of clothes on same models. Being suspicious, I messaged Comilia on FB messenger asking if Romarinbeauty is their sister company and where is the online store based because there isn't any info on their 'About Us' section. They gave me a general reply assuring me that they are a genuine seller but avoided answering me on their location. Then guess what - I couldn't even reply because I have been blocked! What sort of online store's customer service block customers, even more a potential customer? AVOID AT ALL COST people!

The clothes look nothing like the pictures. Besides extremely long wait times to get your items, the quality is awful.

This was the worst ever. I ordered Feb 1 AND it is April and I still haven't received my items. They gave me a fake tracking number for my items and one finally came in march and it looked like they made it from a t shirt! The other has not come yet. They told me to be patient, no refunds and I can't return it because they don't have a return address and they will send me $7 and to give it as a gift or sell it at a flea market!

I believe this dreadful company has just re-names as
Comilia- do NOT buy from them
they are scamers- reply to emails promptly and give false hope

4 months ago I ordered and didnt receive my order and every time I go to track my order i have an answer will be back for you and never received an answer DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE

please do not waste your money on a web page Chicsay.com that does not exist because it is scam, they put beautiful pictures of very nice clothes that they even have, they only hook you with the photo to steal your money.

Do not buy from this company! I applaud everyone this is a horrible company!!! I warn you do not buy from this company!!!! I ordered over three months ago and never received my product. I have waited over a month for my refund and still have not received my refund! I want everyone to share how horrible this company is and shut them down for good! God doesn’t like ugly! They are scammers, the devil and liars!!!

SCAM. I order many items for a very high price and never recieved it. I haven't even got an email confirmation and I cant login anymore. DONT BUY.

WORST QUALITY, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE , RECIEVED WRONG ITEM, takes for ever to deliver the item , you receive the wrong item with the WORST QUALITY !! Worst customer service !!! They took 3 months to refund my money after I followed up with them every week, otherwise they would not !!!!

Worst customer services.
I had ordered 4 items and was given an option to chose a free gift from a list because my total entitles me to a free gift. After choosing a neckless I was charged for it in my receipt.
I emailed them 13 times and each time they give me a stupid answer" e.g. who told you, to choose a free gift? Or send us a screen shot of this message.

On top of everything my order has not been shipped yet and it has been 17 days since i ordered...

I ordered a vintage blazer and paid $40 something dollars thru PayPal. Never got the item. I also emailed them 3 separate times and never responded. So I googled chicsay.com reviews and saw numerous people that had been scammed as well.

Horrible! Waste of money! Never got my order nor the money they promised to send me back... Dont order!!!!! It is a scam!

It took over 6 weeks to receive my order. After several emails of requesting my money back they reassured me it was on its way. The quality was very cheap and NOTHING like the picture on the website. I don’t recommend this site at all!

I’m pretty sure I’ve been scammed, I ordered 7 weeks ago and the items NEVER came. The track service doesn’t work. Also they never answer emails! DO NOT ORDER from there!!!

This page is a scam, we ordered 6 products about a month and a half ago and they never arrived; also the tracking numbers they gave us are incorrect i could not track the order.

WORST CLOTHING WEBSITE COMPANY!
I placed an order one day after my birthday thinking was my present to my self, to my sorprised weeks passed without any updates on the order. long story short i finally got the items almost 7 weeks later after sending emails following up and the items are nothing to what they show on the website pictures, they are cheap clothes that i would not wear!
