My order had 2 minor issues which I reported on unpacking. I received a helpful reply to help resolve my problem within only 1 hour. (clear advice on back of delivery note). A few messages later and my problem was resolved.
The incorrect items were sent to me promptly by DPD. I will definitely recommend this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, bought a bath from them nearly £900 and leaked from the jets from day 1, after 2 weeks of arguing and threatening them with trading standards they eventually sent me a new bath they say as a gesture of goodwill 😂 received this Friday plumbed it in and the outlet was all cracked and the side ov the bath has a defect all down the side now they are saying there doing nothing about it absolute scum of a company stay away

Absolutely stay away from this company!

Brand new bath LEAKING!! And refusing to do anything about it! 2 years guarantee, dont think so! left the manufactoring line with obvious defects and refusing to do anything about it! Fibreglass is deformed so nothing sits flush with the bath and water pours through.

Any consumer looking to purchase from Cheeky Bathrooms i would strongly recommend you don't. The company advertise 10 year warranty on products but refuse to provide details or review and resolve any faults.
The only possible solution is to go down the legal route to resolve

Ordered a Bathroom basin tap Wednesday received Friday really polite helpful young man when I phoned to confirm stock a quality part with all the necessary fittings and even a waste that I didn’t need at a fraction of the cost of a main high st store

very poor company - ordered several items, arrived with several missing parts. Company refused to send new parts, said i had to pay for new ones. Unacceptable - go to another company as clearly they are a scam.

Bought online via their eBay store. They contacted me after I’d paid in full to try scam MORE money out of me, against eBay policy. They lied about their listing over and over. Insulted my intelligence. Then refused to deliver and cancelled the order. Also against eBay policies. Save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere.

Needed a shower bath an boy did I get one at half the price of all the rest, worth every penny I spent and I would shop there again, totally recommend this online company

A shower valve became faulty within 6 months and Cheeky Bathrooms agreed it was covered by the manufacturers warranty who they said had gone out of business. When I told them my contract is with them, they told me it is because it gets clogged with shower gel??? They have ignored my last email so off to Trading Standards I go - they are in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 23 where I am legally due a repair or replacement. Know your rights, do not let this company mug you off. I certainly won’t.
OCTOBER UPDATE - twice this company have notified Trust Pilot that my review is not genuine and attempted to have it removed. Today I have filed a GOV.UK Money Claim against them.

Great price and quality, p shape bath , shower , sink and bath taps and tall towel radiator all very good quality and great price , wrong bath tap colour arrived, sent wrong item back and replacement arrived , only delay was Royal Mail strike , ignore these negative reviews , bathroom now looks amazing

Really helpful company to deal with a good quality items for the money

Bought a shower tower unit, this is basically a shower head and the valves all in one, not big, not heavy.

This was in stock and delivery was £6.95. Now this company trade under several other names and the same shower I had seen on their other sites for £140, £149 and also £179.

Anyhow 10 minutes after I placed the order I was emailed and told that the courier does not deliver to my part of the UK for £6.95, but they would be able to provide another courier service for a further £29.

My address is mainland UK not far from London, so not a problem for any Courier, just a scam to try to make as much money as possible.

I cancelled the order and have now purchased the same product (with a different name but exactly the same item for £149 including delivery.

Bought a suite and they didn't deliver on the specified day, not such a big problem. Worse then, is the WC ordered was wrongly delivered but the sales guy (name deleted) insisted it was the same as the one ordered! Even tho it looks different and has a totally different name! I requested a refund of carriage to scotland (as another reviewer said, ‘they don't collect’), but knew i'd end up with the wrong item. Cheeky bathrooms / Speedy bathrooms - I Wasn't impressed by their attitude.

Update sept 23.
First they complained to Tristpilot to get me to remove the individual’s Christian name. I agreed (only a small firm so doesn’t matter as you’d likely deal with that salesperson anyway).
Second, they refuted the fact I was even a customer, so I had to produce evidence (I have better things to do with my time, but did so).
And third, recently they think I have the wrong company and again complained to trustpilot (who pass it to me)!! It doesn’t matter as I said above, they trade under different names.
Do you get the feeling they don’t like an honest review, because it showed them up in that instance? That’s the point of reviews isn’t it, so the public can decide for themselves.

After being let down by Wayfair for a toilet I started trawling the internet look for a suitable replacement. We need a short projection one and square which limits the choice. Found the same one as on Wayfair showing as in stock so ordered it from Cheeky Bathrooms.
After the crap service from Wayfair I followed it up with an online chat to find out the delivery date. Guess what? I got a reply saying it wasn't in stock. They had not bothered updating their stock online. Given two stars rather than one as they did try and offer an alternative but it was too long.

I received excellent service upon purchasing a new loo, the product is great quality, communication was great and delivery was before promised with a very helpful delivery driver too. No problems whatsoever with this supplier, would happily recommend. Would post pictures of the product but not installed just yet, that said looks a nice easy installation with nice clean lines.

Communication from this company was abysmal - I had purchased a small item (£13) and eventually, a refund was agreed. I sent the item back and never heard from them, even with continual emails being sent to them. This appears to be their normal practice, as the Google reviews for their business have similar complaints. I would not use this company and find their communication awful. They never picked up the phone either, so if you had a big order with them, God only knows how you would communicate.
