I ordered a heated towel radiator that was showing in stock and to be delivered in around 5 days, however there was no sign of it and I contacted Corso to find out when to expect as it was needed asap for the first fix in my bathroom that was being completely revamped. They responded very quickly and apologised profusely for the delay and acted quickly to find out from courier of when to expect it.
It finally came 6 days over the expected delivery date but in time for the first fix.
Corso refunded my delivery charge for the delay, which I think was a nice touch and also excellent customer service.
The heated towel radiator is absolutely gorgeous and arrived in perfect condition with no dents at all. It looks exactly as the picture.
I would definitely buy from Corso again as they have given me a lot of confidence and trust with this company.

Worst company i have ever dealt with, if your product is faulty they will put the blame on you over and over again and then try to sell you a stronger part. They say its your fault. They also say they will give you discount on the part for it which you shouldn’t have to buy if they didn’t put cheap parts on the product in the first place. The 5 year guarantee doesn’t exist because they keep blaming you even if your item has been fitted properly by a plumber and you have given photo evidence, 2 weeks and still nothing resolved.

5* water filter came and works great. I was missing two parts and was very helpful in getting parts send out straight away

Bought all my bathroom stuff from here after shopping around and found these the cheapest there fast response to questions and fast delivery will definitely recommend and use again

The products from Corso Bathrooms are a really competitive price, but it's actually the customer service that is amazing!
I had questions about products that the team are really knowledgeable about, it was no issue to change a product that didn't work in my bathroom (we didn't know until the wall was removed), or help with replacement parts.
Delivery of goods was fast, and quality is great.
Would absolutely recommend.

Corso bathrooms best kept secret is their service, there is none. Order from this company and expect coms to be delayed and from various emails addresses, expect delays, expect to have to follow up on chasing delays, expect them to no nothing about what they’ve sent or when they’ve sent it or if it has been received. Expect a promising WhatsApp call after you’ve placed your order, but don’t expect your goods to arrive per what they say. The company demonstrates no control over what they are doing whatsoever and I am surprised to read reviews alluding to major DIY outlet associations.

I found corso bathrooms via B&Q and decided to go direct as there was a better deal on the items I wanted. I ended up forgetting some items and had to make two orders. After a phone call they kindly put the two orders together for me, saving two delivery charges. My contractor then wanted to change the taps that we had ordered and they couldn’t have made this simpler for me too! Really great service! Currently I am waiting for another order of taps I needed to change from wall mounted to bath mounted and I can’t wait to receive them! I had to send back some taps which was easy too. The courier arrived, collected them, simple. The items are all beautiful. I’m really happy thank you!

Ordered a bath from B&Q/diy.com, but after a week I had heard nothing and it was past the delivery due date. I chased the supplier (Corso Bathrooms) who said they would check with the courier. This morning I received a message saying the courier had cracked the bath and a refund was being made but I could order the bath again. The bath is now no longer available on the website and as I never received a dispatch notice I'm wondering if my order was ever genuinely processed.

Needed to place an order for some radiator valves, at very short notice, and contacted Joe to ask about express delivery, to which he told me if I was to place my order at the time of the phone call I’d receive it by Monday, this being Friday. And they were delivered Saturday morning. Amazing service! Thank you again for your help. Originally found Corso bathrooms through B&Q but decided to place my orders direct, and will be using them again should I need any more bathrooms supplies

I sent various messages, over different days and times including the weekend, I got a reply both from Abigail and Joe even late into the evening !

I'm so busy with work having someone to check compatibility and ask technical advice out out of hours was invaluable , Items now delivered and look even better than i expected .
