Arrived weeks late and refuse to reply to any emails or phone calls requesting refund as I had to buy else where. Do not buy from these scam artists

The staff member named Chris is absolutely 💯 amazing.. I had a problem with the gun but it was no problem at all for this company.. I was immediately offered a replacement or refund.. how amazing is that! I would be very happy to recommend.. highly recommend this business to everyone.. you can't go wrong with a company that goes all out for its customers.. BIG THANKS TO CHRIS! Sold me a gun that wasn’t in stock. Heard nothing for a week. No reply from multiple emails. Over 2 weeks. Finally got an email saying they didn’t have my gun in stock even though I ordered 2. Got a refund in the end. Need more staff to respond to emails. I went to a good old fashioned shop and bought the guns.

Initially there seemed to be a problem time wise when I ordered the gun. On contacting the supplier the problem was resolved and have been pleased with product so far.

The product was amazing, but it did take a number of weeks to arrive. I was unable to contact by phone as the online number is incorrect and an email response took over a week.

Avoid at all costs

Had to repeatedly email them for tracking and received no response. When I had received my order I had an item missing and had then again said repeated emails. After two weeks waiting and emailing they finally responded saying that they had run out of the item I had ordered but never told me. They then said they would refund me for the missing item and that took another month after being told it would take a few days.

An excellent gun for the money bolt action took me back to my early military career and using a converted 303. (to 7.62) as a long range weapon.

I ordered a gun have not received

The Glock 15 worked well for about 10 shots. It is now super hard to pull back the weapon. Have tried contacting through phone and email for over a month and no replies.

Sent completely wrong item, took over a week to reply to each email, 3 replies in over a 5 week period where they only asked me to confirm info I'd already sent in first email and telling me how busy they were. No offer of exchange or refund at any stage paid £35 got something I wouldn't give a Fiver for. Avoid these scum bags at all costs.

Awful company with zero customer service. Sent about 5 emails and finally got a response to say they couldn't honour my order so gave a refund. They had my money in their bank for about 4 weeks

The phone number on their website doesn't work, so you can't even speak to a human

My boyfriend ordered 2 guns at £100 and surprise surprise they weren't delivered.

Terrible experience. Product didn’t arrive. I chased and chased. Phone number didn’t work for customer services. Had to get PayPal to investigate. Apparently their servers went down but I would be very wary. Eventually got refunded but not a good experience.

Item not receieved. I sent 2 emails (no response). I then received an email which didnt acknowledge my emails, asking if I received my parcel okay.
I replied informing them no, asked how we proceed. No response for a prolonged time. I semt another email to which no response.
Eventually a package arrived but wrong colour item. I've given up and accepted this, as cannot be bothered trying to communicate for a refund or replacement. Then received an email to say they trust I've recwived my parcel.
Never shopping with them again.

Took ages to reach me, and customer service is very unresponsive, takes days on end to get a reply. Gun jammed after a few uses but didn't have the time to chase it up

Arrived on time, quality product and excellent accessories

After a short delay I had my purchase. Communication with seller was good.

Never received item, I have emailed in about 20 times no response, spent over £100 there for my sons birthday, phone number doesnt work horrendous company and reported to trading standards
