Hier mijn vliegtickets naar Tallinn geboekt. Vlak na het boeken kreeg ik de bevestiging. Heel prima, klantenservice niet nodig gehad.

I bought a ticket which included luggage, carry on and checked bag and when I got to the airport, the airline said I had to pay for the luggage extra.

After payment to Cheap Tickets I received 4 hours later a email that the reservation has been cancelled because the far fee was invalid and not up to date. Restitution will be done within 5 days. A voucher of 15 euro for compesation is a real insult for this stress situation they create.

Luckely I found with another web company exactly the same flight for 30 euro last of what I paid to Cheap Tickets.

My advise to other travellers is to avoid Cheap Tickets and explore the web further.

Had een vlucht geboekt via cheap tickets en wilde inchecken en een stoel kiezen. Dat lukte niet, foutmelding. Daarna probeerde ik een upgrade uit te voeren naar Business class (uit pure ellende) en via ‘wijzigen’ heb ik dat geprobeerd. Kreeg Travis de chatbot aan de lijn, die reageerde gewoon niet meer. Toen probeerde ik de stoel voor de terugreis vast te zetten. Dat kon wel voor 30 euro. Alleen de website accepteerde geen credit card, geen bank kaart en ik denk zelfs geen Apple Pay. Dat proces verschoof de betaling naar Apple en daar kon ik een kaart registreren. Daarna liep alles vast bij Cheap tickets. Wat een ellendige website die Cheap tickets

Paying with Mastercard Debit Card suppose to be free of charge but couldn't
be processed, instead a 725 Baht (€20) credit card fee was charged. Customer service couldn't be reached and didn't reply to messages!

Heel bijzonder! Na een jaar geen contact, wordt er ineens door Cheap Tickets op mijn review gereageerd!! Ze vragen mijn boekingsnummer, zodat ze kunnen bekijken wat er aan de hand is! Hoera!! Mijn boekingsnummer is:

Be aware of your booking details being changed with your payment details if you are not paying with your own card. This has been done to me in order to scam me into paying to cancel my flight and re-book it. This way both parties make a cut on you on the forced cancellation fee. I triple checked that the details I put was correct and thereafter I get an email with the details changed. When I called cheap flights they now want to charge me. I booked 6 flights for the next 2 months with them and this will be the last I ever book through them. I called the airlines and the customer service guy laughed and told me thats why I should not use such online travel agencies because I am not the first person with this issue and they cannot help me. Basically a good customer scammed. Guess you learn from your mistakes. I will never support cheap flights again. Hope this helps other potential customers out of being scammed like I have.

Cheap Tickets annoncerer med én pris (på Momondo), men når billetten skal bestilles og betales bliver den pludselig 20% dyrere en annonceret.
En flybillet til 237 kr. (annonceret) - kommer til at koste 273 kr.
Det har jeg ikke observeret hos andre udbydere. De har diverse gebyrer indeholdt i deres billetpris!
Vær opmærksom på det når der bestilles flybilletter hos Cheap Tickets... Det kan hurtigt blive til Expensive Tickets!

Ik boek al jaren mijn reizen bij Cheaptickets.
Ik weet dat ik niet de makkelijkste klant ben, aangezien ik nogal eens mijn plannen wijzig, en veel vragen heb, maar elke keer weer ben ik aangenaam verrast door de deskundige en behulpzame manier van werken bij Cheaptickets.
Ze geven je het "de klant is koning" gevoel, dat je geen nummer bent, en dat is toch wel redelijk uniek in de reiswereld.
Ik las verderop een (positieve) review over Ingrid Lamper; ik kan deze review uit ervaring helemaal bevestigen; zij is echt TOP!

Do not use this company whatsoever they are the biggest scam in the travel industry i purchased a hotel gave me a price charged more and then refused to match the price guarantee - i called them 7 times around in circles sent several emails still did not reply now i am disputing the transaction and complaining to expedia. They gave a price of a hotel over the phone with a coupon discount and then charged my visa the full price countless phone calls and emails have resulted in nothing. They also guaranteed to price match i sent all the evidence and screen shots denied as the dates were not the same sent again with the dates no reply at calledthe call centre in the philipines say they will get back to you and they never do i have spent hours on this and have made complaints to the hotel so they can advise guests.

We purchased round trip airfare from Boston to Grand Bahama with one stop each way. On the fourth and final leg (from Ft. Lauderdale to Boston), the carrier was supposed to be Jet Blue. The flight was first delayed, then "cancelled". Jet Blue was offering no further flights that day, but offered to "work with" each of the 300 passengers - one by one - to get them on a flight the next day. After scrambling around the airport, we found a flight to Rhode Island (at least close enough) that night. We contacted Cheap Tickets because their "partner" had failed us, and we just wanted a credit for the value of the trip home (about $380 for two). They said they couldn't credit us $380 but Jet Blue would reimburse the "value" of the cancelled flight. Jet Blue offered a total of $120.18 for TWO passengers to get from Ft. Lauderdale to Boston - it costs more in BAG FEES to send two bags on that flight!...and Jet Blue still has one of our bags!

Onlangs heb ik een ticket geboekt bij Cheaptickets. Er was iets misgegaan met de boeking en heb toen telefonisch contact opgenomen. Ingrid Lamper heeft mij toen geholpen en op een zeer klantvriendelijke, geduldige en professionele manier te woord gestaan, waarvoor mijn dank.

Cheap Tickets customer service is terrible. They advertise prices that turn out to false. When you try to call them - which you have to make certain changes - you are easily on hold for 50 minutes. I have used Cheap Tickets for years, but their service has become truly terrible and they don't offer anything that other companies don't have. I would advise to stay away from them.
