I found the process of renting with Charters very easy and smooth. They are very helpful! Arranging viewings is quickly and smooth, more specifically I had a viewing in Southampton recently with Chloe Bowers and she was so nice and helpful. After the death of my Mum in April 2026, I dealt with Joe Oakley in Worthing. He showed compassion and was very responsive to my many queries about ending the tenancy on her property. There were also some issues after the property was returned and he supported me through this. I then dealt with another member of the team, Jonathan Tonks, who was also excellent. I experienced some issues trying to obtain the deposit back from TDS and Jonathan was extremely supportive in a very painful process. They are both a credit to Charters and I had a really positive experience of being treated with compassion at a very stressful time.
