Harry Hodges has been handling the Property Management of two apartments for me and he has been absolutely exemplary. His professionalism and general approach to his work has made life so much easier for me as a landlord, I really appreciate his assistance and attention to detail. He is always ahead of the game and is actively looking to keep things on track which is very important to me with little time to spare. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Grace Burden was fantastic in helping me buy my first property, that we found because of another member of staff recommending it to us, Grace was on top of everything even after the sellers solicitor started messing us around. The team at Charters have been amazing with the sale of our house. The branch team (Alton), Sarah, Toby and Jane were great getting the house up for sale quickly and answering any questions we had. Once we accepted an offer, Gary Hansford in sales progress team handled everything after this, and honestly cannot thank him enough or recommend him more highly. He was on the ball, and I never had to chase anything. He contacted us regularly to update me, and progressed the sale so smoothly and quickly for us. As first time sellers, we've heard how stressful selling your house is, but honestly it wasn’t at all thanks to Gary being so knowledgable, proactive, informative and professional. Thank you Gary!

Mazie was so polite and helpful

We’ve had such a positive experience with Mazie at Charters. She has been incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our search for a new home.

Although we haven’t quite found the right property yet, Mazie has been brilliant at keeping in touch, letting us know about upcoming listings and arranging viewings for properties that might suit us. Communication has always been excellent, and we really feel that she’s looking out for us rather than simply trying to find us any property.

Finding a new home can be quite stressful, so having someone so approachable and helpful throughout the process has made a real difference. Thank you, Mazie — we really appreciate all your help so far and hopefully the right home isn’t too far away!

Everyone we met at Charters were totally professional and friendly and we were lucky enough to have the sale of our house in the hands of Erikson Veizaj and his team. They got to work as soon as we had signed the contract and contacted any client they thought would be interested in our property. They kept us totally up to date , returned calls promptly and made the whole experience as stress free as possible

just want to say a Big thank you to Jacqui & Kirstie at the Farnham/Alton office for letting my property within a few days. Great job , you two should be running the country.
