Great experience finding a place in Brighton. They were quick with sending forms and Sam was excellent when it came to the viewings. 10/10 service.

We were selling long distance from 350 miles away (selling a relative's property under LPOA) so the good service we had from Charters (initially Michael Jones) made a real difference. We were kept informed about interest and viewings and were given good advice from Louis about pricing the property. When we accepted an offer Jane Tomlinson was a good point of contact and was very efficient at chasing up solicitors etc. She was readily available on the phone and always followed up on a phone call with the action needed. This was a long haul as the market was very stagnant when we were selling so it made a real difference dealing with an efficient estate agency. Thank you!

Gosh, where to start?! When I was told I would be assigned a sales progressor for my house purchase this was something I’d never heard of before and was therefore apprehensive off what she/he would bring to the table.
